Location and transportation very convenient, great staff, good dining options

This place has huge potential
Pros:

It's such a good hotel that I regret not having found it way earlier. Its ratio price/quality is excellent (~20€/night).

The pluses:
+ Everything looks brand new & clean
+ Free coffee :)
+ Free washing machines
+ Whole kitchen witch everything (+ big fridge)
+ Cozy balconies
+ Coworking spaces
+ Good WiFi
+ Humongous TVs
+ Air conditioning
+ Good beds
+ Great staff, very pro
+ Stylish decoration
+ Late checkout @ 1PM

The minuses:
- Busy road in front of the building (but you can't hear it inside)
- Some rooms don't have windows
- Construction noise in the lower floors (although temporary)
- No lift
- Not enough electrical plugs
- No bedside lamps
- Large duvets would be great
