Pros:

The restaurant here is surprisingly good. The staff very nice, rooms are clean, beds are really big and, more important, comfy.
Location might be tricky feels maybe a little 'slams'but not really. All in all it's a good value for money.

Cons:

All the same in uganda, water stream really weak and hot water are not really hot.

It is a scam..you book and can pay with credit card but on arrival only cash accepted

Not a lot. Stay soured by requirement to pay by cash only. Luckily, I always travel with USD in case of emergencies so could pay. They refuse to accept credit cards despite this being allowed when booked. In addition, for some reason they would not accept USD bills that are older than 2017 even though they are legal tender.

Very nice play to stay, rest, visit the town and go to the beach
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. We had scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, fruits, etc. We were able to get a second room, which connected to ours. We had really a nice time in your hotel. And it was very close to victoria Mall. The kids were so happy to go and eat at KFC for the new year! Thanks for everything.

Çalışanlar çok iyi ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı güzel ve doyurucuydu. İnternet hizmeti kesintisiz ve iyiydi. Odalar ve yatak temizdi.

Cons:

Banyoda sifondan dolayı bir koku ve sıkıntı vardı. Tesisatta bir problem vardı muhtemelen. Kontrol edilirse iyi olur. Onun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık.

El personal fue amable, nos ayudaron con un early breakfast solicitado, lo que agradecimos bastante. Tiene aire acondicionado que funciona bien y mosquitero.

Cons:

El barrio del lugar no es bonito y da un poco de miedo. Al lado del hotel habia un lugar que mantuvo la musica fuertisimo hasta tarde por lo que nos costó dormir. El lugar es mas lugubre que lo que muestran las fotos, las fotos hacen parecer que es más luminoso y amplio.

Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zur Viktoria Mall und zum Africa Market. Die besondere Ausstattung war schön, besonders der Restaurantbereich. Gut organisiert, das Essen sehr gut und preisgerecht, ganz freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das war ein Schockmoment, den wir uns aber hätten ersparen koönnen, wenn wir nachgefragt hätten: es geht nur Barzahlung, nicht mit Karte. Ich habe meinen Pass hinterlegt und bin zur nächsten Bank gefahren, hab Geld abgehoben und dann bezahlt. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr verstândnisvoll und hat sich sogar dafür entschuldigt, dass keine Karte möglich war
