Pros:

Amazing, very friendly staff. We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely superb! There is a very beautiful beach nearby as well as many restaurants.

Pros:

Great service to the beach, friendly staff ar reception, large room, delicious breakfast

Cons:

The majority of the staff in restaurant didn’t seem to care much. We had dinner at the restaurant once and the quality nor the service was good, which was a pity because the prices where much more expensive than elsewhere but we wanted to give it a shot especially because the breakfast was reall good.

Pros:

Het eten en de roomservice was uitstekend. Verder was de wifi uitstekend. Het is zelfdzaam dat de verbinding zo goed en stabiel is. De kamer was mooi en ruim en het bed was het meest comfortabele bed waarop ik ooit heb geslapen.

Cons:

Iets meer gezelligheid en service bij het zwembad (maar het was Ramadan, dus dat kan het verklaren).

Our stay at Samawa Living was absolutely wonderful.The hotel is beautifully designed,modern and incredibly clean,creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive.The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great attention to detail and everything you need for a perfect stay.What truly makes this place special is the staff.Everyone is incredibly kind,welcoming and always ready to help with a smile.Their hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay.Guests often highlight the same experience, noting the excellent service, cleanliness and comfort the hotel offers.The facilities are fantastic:a beautiful pool,wellness areas and delicious food at the restaurant.The location in Paje is also great, just a short distance from the stunning beach, making it easy to enjoy the best of Zanzibar.Overall,it was an amazing experience and we would definitely come back.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zanzibar who wants comfort,tranquility and genuine hospitality.

Pros:

Veldig flott sted. Super hjelpsomme og hyggelig ansatte. Vi koste oss ved bassenget hver dag. Det var helt nydelig. Vi spiste også her alle dagene. Veldig god mat. Det gjorde ingenting at hotellet ikke lå ved stranda. Vi tok en liten tur ned til stranda med golfbilen. Det var ikke noe spesielt. Synes generelt strendene ikke var noe spesielt på Zanzibar. Vi var 3 ulike steder langs østkysten og alle var helt ok.

Cons:

Gulvet langs bassenget var ikke i beste stand. Gikk faktisk gjennom gulvet en gang. Det er noe som bør fikses når standarden er så bra og hotellet var helt fantastisk.

Samawa living will feel like your second home and you can truly relax here.
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and it felt like home. I liked my outside shower. I regret not taking photos!

Cons:

They could improve on pest control. My friends outside shower was infested with ants and she had to request to switch rooms which they did free of charge. My own room, I saw two little roaches.

I wish breakfast ran a little longer up to 1100 AM or that they had room service. They do not have plastic or wooden disposable utensils to eat your takeaway breakfast with.

Samawa is not worth the price.
Pros:

Rooms are nice and spacious.
- Wifi is good for working.
- Gym facilities are nice.
- Pool area is quite nice.
- Good products in the apartment - nice coffee, teas etc.
- Room cleaning is good and efficient.

Cons:

Staff is really fake-friendly. You constantly feel like you are bothering them whenever you interact with them. They also almost always mess up your order in the restaurant (forget something).
- Not worth the price, the place is definitely not a 5 star. Other places have better access to the sea for the same price.
- Eating in their restaurant is expensive and quantity is not worth. Other places have more food for cheaper and better quality.
- Prices for doing laundry are absurd, they ask you to individually count each item that you want to wash and everything becomes super expensive.
