Location, friendly staff, good breakfast
1 lift has been reported by other reviewers as out of service for over 4 months. You have to wait a long time to get a lifts and the cleaners use them constantly so you can’t use them. This should be fixed most urgently

Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo przyjemny. Obiekt jest ładnie urządzony, komfortowy. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna, życzliwa i pomocna – od samego początku czułam się mile widziana.
Dużym plusem są pyszne śniadania serwowane w restauracji, wybór z karty. Dania były świeże, różnorodne i naprawdę pyszne. Całość oceniam bardzo pozytywnie i z przyjemnością wróciłabym tu ponownie.
Hotel położony jest w pobliżu ruchliwej drogi. Dla mnie było to jednak plusem, ponieważ po Malcie poruszałam się samochodem i to położenie hotelu stanowiło dla mnie dobrą bazę do zwiedzania.
Petit déjeuner excellent, personnel au petits soins et très sympathique.
Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre, juste une petite lucarne en hauteur.
Heel mooi onderhouden hotel. De sfeer en inrichting was prachtig. De locatie was heerlijk rustig en het hele eiland was binnen 20-25 minuten te bereiken met de auto. Het personeel was zo aardig en het ontbijt echt geweldig. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden!
Het kon hier en daar wat rumoerig zijn vanwege de live music van het restaurant tegenover het hotel. Maar het stoorde ons niet omdat we met vakantie waren.

Very nice facilities with character and excellent amenities and convenient location for travelling throughout the island. The staff were also very nice, and provided excellent service (a special thank you to the morning waiter Rathin at Elba and the bartender from Oia’s on the roof).
On the positive side, the hotel has nearby convenient parking, which was a big advantage for us. The restaurant serving breakfast was pleasant, and the food was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We also appreciated the nice rooftop terrace with a lovely view. The staff consistently tried to be polite and helpful, and we truly acknowledge their efforts.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that significantly affected our stay. Upon check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to provide a €200 credit card deposit for potential hotel expenses. This came as a big surprise, as this requirement was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s Booking.com page. When we raised this concern, the hotel referred to it as “hotel policy.” Only after Booking.com intervened was the deposit requirement withdrawn.
During our stay, we had a few small requests. One of them was my partner’s attempt to organize a birthday surprise for me. We were informed that arranging a cake to the room was also “outside of policy.” While the staff remained kind and polite, they appeared stressed and nervous when handling even small requests, which gave us the impression that they might be under pressure from the property owner. We genuinely sympathize with them, as they seemed to want to help but felt limited.
Incredible stay. All saff went over and above to meet any requests. In particular Arif, Rathin and Paula. Best accommodation/menu and food in Malta. Chef outstanding.
Somewhere communal to sit would have been nice but good weather means it's not necessary as adjoining restaurant and cafe have tables and chairs.
We really liked the bedroom and style of the room it's new and in really good style and we had a great outdoor space to chill, however, it's cold in Malta right now but we still enjoyed it
Just breakfast takes long to bring over, but wasn't that major for us
