Professional property host/manager
Overall clean room, friendly staff, and a great location if visiting Universal theme parks. However, the room isn't cleaned daily unless requested.
Loved location but didn’t like how sterile that hotel looks.
The exterior of the building is beautiful. The interior was a bit of a disappointment. I was expecting more luxury for the price point.
Very nice design. Rooms impeccable clean!
You should provide actual blankets on the bed. Even with no air conditioning on, it was extremely cold through the night. A thin sheet didn’t cut it.
Clean and convenient
We had a wonderful experience! The facility, staff, food, room and shuttle service truly enhanced our family vacation. Will definitely be staying at Terra Luna next time.
The property was clean and staff friendly. The shuttle ran frequently and it was easy to get back and forth from the parks. Room was sparse, no character with Ikea like furniture. Lobby was the same. Expected more from a newer resort at its price point.
The market and cafe provided great options for meals and quick snacks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Perfect all times
The property is appealing to the eye, simple, clean lines. However, the rooms are not being kept clean. There were humorous hair donors all over our room. The room needed to be swept and or vacuumed. I had to request two new pillows because two other pillows were for hair, different types of hair hair all over the bathroom floor and shower. Not sure if this is the norm but 10 minutes to sweep vacuum would have done a world of good.
Very good. Exceeded expectations.
Early park entry amenities and transportation to restaurants and shopping was convenient
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was so personable, helpful and full of smiles. The property was clean and safe.
Overcharged me for parking and then it took three phone calls and a month later to get the refund. I will not be returning.
New property, very family friendly and nightly movie for the kids poolside. Convenient shuttle bus to the parks.
We had an amazing and epic stay at the hotel, everything was spot on, from the hotel, facilities, staff friendliness, every little detail was perfect. Great breakfast options as well, highly recommend staying here and convenient for going to the parks
Na
The hotel lobby is very hollow and loud. The room was clean but small. I found the bed to be too soft and the linens were too thin. The food court was good. The hotel charges $30/D parking. This does NOT allow you to park at their theme parks without a second parking fee, so if you're handicapped and choose to take your own car, you have to pay for parking twice.
The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The shuttle buses to the parks are convenient and run on a frequent schedule. Food was a little expensive on site but very good and tasty. Great place to stay if you’re visiting the epic universe park. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute shuttle ride to city walk and the other universal parks so if you’re only visiting those parks during your trip I’d probably recommend one of the hotels closer to those parks.
