Remarkable
Pros:

It's been our second time staying in Swissotel and we couldn't be any happier. Rooms are spacious and very clean, staff is extremely friendly and attentive. No matter your request, their answer is always yes which makes for a remarkable experience. This is definitely our go to hotel in Poiana Brasov.

Excellent room, details, towels, room comfort. Could be better on services and breakfast.
Pros:

We loved the room, it was a one bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, the perfect solution for our family. It was impeccable, from the quality of the materials, the design and the cleanliness.

Cons:

Breakfast is mediocre, could be better as options.
The only downside was the reception staff when it came to helping us with a reservation for dinner. They said the place where we wanted it surely fully booked and we had to insist for them to make a call, nobody answered and they said "see? they don't even answer the phone, so they must be full". We did our own reservation for the evening and the place was half empty that evening. So they didn't even try. This was disappointing from a 5 star hotel. We were not expecting a Concierge at a Ritz level but at least to make a dinner reservation in Poiana Brasov, that should be easy.
