Hotel na vrlo visokoj razini, čak i za europske standarde.
Pros:

Ljubazno i pristupačno osoblje koje pazi da se osjećate zadovoljno i ugodno tijekom cijelog boravka. Doručak je jednostavno sjajan, s nebrojeno mnogo opcija na raspolaganju. Sobe su prosrane i udobne.

Wonderful staff, good food, but general cleanliness needs massive improvement
Pros:

The restaurant staff — especially Zeli and Debu — were absolutely incredible. They were kind, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond their job description in making sure we were comfortable and taken care of.

The breakfast in the restaurant is really good.

The room was comfortable.

Cleanliness is a real problem. The bathroom drain is disgusting. There was a large coffee stain on the windowsill opposite my room on the 9th floor that wasn't cleaned the entire 6 days we stayed.

Cons:

Some of the restaurant staff need a LOT of training. They either rush around panic-stricken at full speed or stand around looking at their phones. None of this behaviour is befitting a five-star hotel restaurant. When restaurant staff is in a hurry, they need to be trained to appear cool and calm and collected, especially when things are urgent — they cannot be colliding into guests — or each other. It's chaos.

Your restaurant music is way too loud. We left as soon as we could.

Manish, the young person at the World of Hyatt desk at reception, needs to be told that checking his WhatsApp while someone is standing in front of him trying to check out is unacceptable.

The air freshener in your lobby is revolting and way too strong.

The lights in the room were designed by a psychopath. They are truly terrible.
