Perfect in every way.
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful space, lots of room, very comfortable, nicely renovated. Also cool that there is a specialty coffee shop in the courtyard. Perfect in so many ways, I’d recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

Great location, a few things to improve.
Pros:

Great location. Spacious flat, good bathroom.

Cons:

Could be more cosy, comfortable - the photos look better than reality. Noisy flat above at 3am but that may have been a bad luck.
SMS to open the door would not work if battery flat.

Pros:

The location was amazing, plenty around and a 2 minute walk to Charles bridge. The check in was so easy too, and the option for a transfere to the appartment was offered and we took it, everything was easy and made it stress free.

Cons:

There was no sweeping brush and we couldn't figure out where we could put the bins out other then that, everything was amazing.

Pros:

The location was amazing. Easily walkable to all attractions.
The apartment was clean and spacious.

Cons:

First of all, the reception staff caused me a great deal of distress. They didn’t want to send me the check in instructions before 3pm on the day of arrival, even though I told them I will board the flight at 12 and wanted to have everything ready beforehand. They refused and told me it’s my fault I didn’t read on booking that that’s their policy and told me to walk 2km to their reception if I don’t have Internet after landing.
Very rude and unprofessional service.

They charge 35€ for taxi and uber or bolt is 20€. Also we waited 20 min for their driver to pick us up, even though he had the flight information.

They wanted to charge us 5€ per bag, if we left the bags at reception after check out.

There is no coffee provided, even though it’s a fully equipped kitchen.

Other guests at the property were really loud at 2am and we could hear everything and couldn’t sleep, so be aware of that.

The best room in the city based on location ,room and price !!
Pros:

The best location in whole Prague ,I promise ,for food for drinks for sweats ,near castle ,10 meters from the bridge ,walkable distance in the whole city ,large and comfortable room fully equipped and very worm specially for pragues temperatures

Cons:

The pillows were so so so bad ,like my whole body hurts a lot ,it’s was so soft like it was paper ,they should check that out ,I wouldn’t mention it if it was acceptable but it was a pain to deal with it at all it was the worst pillows I’ve slept ever

Zeer aangenaam verblijf op geweldige locatie
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, binnen een paar minuten sta je op de bekende Karelsbrug. Toch is het in de straat niet al te druk, en hadden we geen last van lawaai. In de buurt van het verblijf zijn er verschillende aangename eetgelegenheden. Het verblijf zelf was helemaal in orde, en ruimer dan ik verwacht had.

Excellent emplacement, bel édifice mais peut faire mieux
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait car proche du pont Charles, petite épicerie toute proche, et silencieux malgré la proximité avec le centre touristique.

Cons:

Aucune capsule de café (même une ou deux le temps de trouver un magasin), et malgré cela nous n'avons pas pu trouver la marque Dolce Gusto à proximité. Nous avons dû chaque matin aller acheter un café à emporter dans la cour de l'édifice. Le bac à douche est en très piteux état, le bord s'effrite car en plastique et trace de rouille par endroit, même la bonde est très usée. Un seul torchon vaisselle à disposition, et il aurait été utile de mettre de quoi nettoyer la table et le plan de travail, nous n'avions qu'une seule toute petite éponge pour la vaisselle. Des moutons sous le lit. Je n'ai vu qu'une jeune femme nettoyer et elle avait l'air dépassée la pauvre. Je la plains et ne souhaite pas la blâmer. Bref, pour le standing, possibilité de trouver mieux.

Non era pulita ed avendo un bambino piccolo ci ha un po condizionato, poi mentre andavamo via abbiamo trovato un topo nelle scale del palazzo e questo ha condizionato la nos5ra valutazione
