upon arrival, we were told at check in that the only elevator in the building was broken. No notification in advance and we had to bring luggage up flights of stairs.

I just did not appreciate taking out the trash
And tidying up the room
So if you have a subcontractor,

they have nothing at all to do .if your customers have to tidy up the room and take out the trash.
if you don’t take out the trash and tidy up the room, will be charged
other than that, everything else was great parking

I felt that the front desk should be open after 5:00pm, office door closed. The floors needed to be swept and mopped better. The bathroom and shower should have more complementary items to take a shower and wash your hands. 1-tiny bar of soap and 1-tiny shampoo was not enough for two people stay. There was no conditioner in the room for shower. The kitchen did not have soap and scratch pad to wash dishes nor dishwasher soap. The room needs more coffee and tea packs in the room. The price you pay for the room needs more complementary items in the room.

We had some challenges with hot water, but the staff made up for it in spades!

Cleanliness. Trash wasn’t taken out upon arrival and I feel as though the floors could’ve been mopped & vacuumed more thoroughly. Light switches and commonly touched surfaces could benefit from dusting and disinfecting.

Very sterile. They need a place for Lyft or Uber drivers to turn around.
