The receptionist, Hannah, was super welcoming and helpful. She gave us an upgrade and the room we had was big!! It was such a beautiful surprise and glad we changed hotel for just a couple of nights (because of the pool and spa facilities).
It was such a nice room and hotel layout, shower was powerful, everything was clean and super comfy. I loved all of it, breakfast was amazing!! And also the gym, pool and the spa was just so good! This has been the best hotel we’ve been to, and we have been to many!!

The amenities of the room were beyond what I expected and matched the price I paid and the cleaners care was obvious with the folding of the bed and towels and the way my personal items were nicely put away
The hotel is close to the metro, and we were allowed to check in at 8:00 AM instead of 2:00 PM, which was helpful after a long flight from Brussels, Belgium, to Beijing, China, allowing us to sleep after a six-hour jet lag.
The room and bathroom were plenty big enough, but there were too many mosquito bites.
Room is big
There are fleas in the room; I got bitten on my arms and legs. The A/C was not working the night before we were leaving. Housekeeping did not provide sufficient amenities. Overall, I will not stay there again.

The room is quiet and large, with very comfortable bed and pillows.
The room facility does not seem to be very new. Scratches and marks could be observed on the surface of the furnitures. The bathrobe has a bit of smoking smell.
