Aunque como huésped entiendo que en las horas de check in y check out son momentos de alta carga, es importante que la amabilidad siempre se mantenga, tanto en la manera de actuar como de decir las cosas.
Como recomendación adicional, podrian implementar algún sistema de CRM como Hubspot o algo similar que permita tener la información de manera más organizada.
