Отличный отель, с прекрасным видом на горы и вкусным рестораном. Отличный шведский стол. Все на хорошем уровне.
Так же очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.
Есть небольшая парковка.
Единственное что стоит отметить - отель находится весьма высоко относительно основной дороги, и подняться в горку людям преклонного возраста будет сложновато, очень крутой склон.

It is very close to the Petra visitors centre and the staff are very nice. They couldn’t be more helpful. The inside info on how best to visit Petra and the pack lunch we much appreciated. In particular, the man who runs the Spa was great with my kids!

What impressed us the most was the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. We experienced a small misunderstanding during our stay, but the team handled it quickly and efficiently. The issue was resolved promptly and with great courtesy, which we truly appreciated.

The location was fantastic, only a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Petra, the area around Petra is very hilly so a 5 minute walk is amazing. The hotel was clean and very modern, we got a great view. Breakfast was good, lots of choices.

We had a great stay at h luxury hotel and recommend. The room we had was gorgeous, with a beautiful view over the mountains from the balcony. The bed was enormous and very comfy. The pool and jacuzzi were a great touch which we enjoyed after visiting Petra. It’s in a very convenient location
The only comment we have is that some items at the breakfast were a little stale. I would say that when there are less guests to focus on less items which are a bit fresher. I want to say we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again this is just our one small comment
The reception team specially Raja was very friendly and made sure to help up to get to Petra in the easiest way. I highly recommend this hotel.
Our second time staying here and it was just as good this time around.
We met the same wonderful team of staff once again and they were all so welcoming and attentive. It’s nice to come back after hiking in Petra each day to be greeted with such a warm welcome and be taken care of each day with towels at the pool which we seemed to have all to ourselves! You will find everything friendly service at the dining room too, breakfast buffet was good as well as the dinner buffet. The room service options were very tasty, made freshly and delivered promptly.

We've had an amazing stay. The staff was very kind, the breakfast is extensive (and delicious) and the hotel's location is very convenient. We could walk to many places.
