Όλα ήταν άψογα. Από που να ξεκινήσουμε.
Εχει γίνει εξαιρετική δουλειά τόσο από τον ιδιοκτήτη όσο και από το προσωπικό. Πρόκειται για ένα ιδιαίτερα αρχιτεκτονικά κτήριο το οποίο έχουν σεβαστεί και αναδείξει όπως πρέπει.
Είναι πεντακάθαρο στη καρδιά της Ερμούπολης - στα βαπόρια. Διαθέτει ό,τι χρειάζεσαι.
Είναι όλα πεντακάθαρα, το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και διαθέσιμο όλο το 24 ωρο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Πάντα με χαμόγελο και καλή διάθεση.
Η Κλεοπάτρα- είναι εξυπηρετική, ευγενική,- σε γνωρίζει προσωπικά και είναι διαθέσιμη να καλύψει κάθε γούστο και ανάγκη.
Πρωινό φανταστικό. Δεν έχουμε ούτε ένα αρνητικό.
Μια πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία που σε κάνει να σκέφτεσαι ότι υπάρχουν ακόμα μέρη και άνθρωποι που σέβονται τη φιλοξενία και τα χρήματα που διαθέτεις.
Μας έκλεισαν παντού, μας εξυπηρέτησαν στα πάντα και ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Beautiful spot with high end finishes
Pros:

Everything was gorgeous from the beds to the robes and indoor pool. Location was great as was the food and service.

Cons:

The only reason I gave it 9 instead of 10 was because we were told breakfast was anything from the menu and as any times and then were charged for something extra at checkout.

Aside from that the stay was wonderful.

The hotel was beautifully renovated from an old house, and we were very happy with our choice. It was in a great location, extremely comfortable, and our room was clean and modern yet elegant. However, the service could be improved, as it took too long to receive simple orders like coffee and breakfast. The staff were friendly and polite, and they were helpful with tips about the island. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel, but be prepared for slow service during breakfast.

Extremely delightful! Would stay again. Absolutely!
Pros:

We had expected a more traditional hotel, but it was a converted mansion and was very stylish. The staff, facilities, decor, breakfast and cocktails were outstanding. Visited the rooftop for cocktails almost every night

Cons:

Some sort of shelf for shampoo and shower products would be great. The room was small but did a lot with the space it had. Nothing else, really

Fancy hotel without proper service.
Pros:

Excelente recuperação do edifício. Trabalho minucioso de bom nível. Conforto dos quartos.

Cons:

Falta de funcionários no hotel que se reflecte nos tempos de espera. Dez minutos à espera do pequeno-almoço à la carte porque há apenas uma funcionária a servir todas as mesas. Num hotel de 5 estrelas não basta contratar 3 ou 4 boys and girls que mais parecem ter saído de uma agência de modelos. Espera-se mais do que isso.
Apesar de estar situado em Vaporia, o hotel não está na primeira linha de mar e não tem acesso directo à água, ao contrário do que acontece com outros hotéis.

Beautiful, unique hotel. It made our first visit to Syrose en more special.

Its unique Syros old world style, the great location and the friendly staff

Cons:

Our room the Viktoria suite was located directly below the rooftop restaurant/bar and at night every time the dining chairs were moved around we could hear all the noise in our room.
