Cons:

Me molestaron diciendo que había ruido en el cuarto, en ese momento estaba de paseo e hicieron que regresara y no había nada, por la mañana mucho ruido y no dejaban dormir.

O apartamento é bom, mas o problema com a água quente realmente estragou a estadia.
Pros:

Apartamento amplo, moderno, limpo e bem localizado.

Cons:

O apartamento, apesar de confortável e bem localizado, apresentou um problema significativo em relação ao chuveiro. A reserva era para 4 pessoas, porém não era possível que uma pessoa tomasse banho logo após a outra, pois a água quente acabava rapidamente. Tivemos que aguardar entre 30 e 50 minutos para que a água aquecesse novamente — caso contrário, o banho precisava ser tomado com água fria.

Esse ponto impactou bastante nossa experiência, já que não condiz com a expectativa para uma acomodação preparada para receber 4 hóspedes.

Bien mieux sans wyndwood
Pros:

Propre, conforme aux photos.
La résidence est vraiment très bien avec petite piscine et salle de sport

Cons:

La gestion par wyndwood est pas au niveau… l’adresse est fausse! Donc quand on arrive le soir ou tout est fermé c’est pas simple déjà! C’est à deux portes de l’adresse mais on passe du 354 au 322

On a reçu le mail avec le code de l’appartement super tard (sans réseau local) donc heureusement le concierge a appelé wyndwood….


Une seule fourchette pour 4 - j’ai appelé ils m’ont dit qu’ils en ajouteraient mais rien de fait
Mais j’en ai acheté pour les prochains locataires

Une des douches sans eaux chaudes. Même en laissant couler 10 min l’eau

Un process de réservation en plus de booking fastidieux

Couldn't be better
Pros:

The staff couldn't have been more attentive. Our flight was delayed and they rearranged our transfer. The apartment was immaculate and quiet and well situated

Great location, good apartment, needs more customer service.
Pros:

The apartments were clean and in a nice are with restaurants well within walking distance.

Cons:

Even though this is an apartment, the staff didn’t prepare it for vacation well enough. 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. 1 set of towels.

Comfortable modern apartment, but no AC.
Pros:

Clean modern apartment building, laundry room. 24/7 security was very nice!

Cons:

No air conditioning or any mechanical heat or ventilation, there is an open air vent that cannot be closed which let in a lot of noise.

Miraflores is right down the street. Very modern apartment. Everything works perfect.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Walking distance of Miraflores and the beaches, but just far away where the neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment was huge. We had a kitchen, a balcony, 2 restrooms, and even 2 bedrooms. It felt like home. Everything was modern and functional. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

Pros:

Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. We recommend it to anyone visiting Lima, great location to walk in Miraflores. For the historic downtown is just a short car ride (20min).

One of the best places I've stayed at through Booking. Better than a hotel
Pros:

AMAZING: beautiful apartment, safe neighborhood, kitchen amenities (coffee maker, wine glasses, blender, oven, microwave, wine opener, etc.), clean, strong internet (in living room), security at the front. There was a washing machine too, but we didn't use it. Lots of food options within walking distance. Only 600 meters away from the airport bus stop at Hotel Boulevard.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a frying pan (there were pots) and dish towels to dry the dishes. The internet was not strong in the office room but it was strong in the living room.
