Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und schlüpfen in die Gastgeberrolle, sodass wir uns sehr willkommen und den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Es bietet ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet in schönem Ambiente.
Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar.
I spent *a lot* of time looking for a hotel to celebrate a special birthday in (I'm very picky) and was eager to find the best one. I looked at some of the elite hotels in the city but there was always something I didn't like. (Did I mention that I'm picky?) I finally chose this one and it was perfection. Perfectly located, perfectly soundproofed, perfectly comfortable beds, perfect breakfasts and a perfectly kind staff. (Shout out to Lea!)
In short, I felt like Goldilocks when she finds the place that is "just right". 10/10. Perfect!
I always hate when people write that they liked everything, so it pains me to have to do it too and say that I loved everything. But I did. Sorry.

The location is perfect. Steps from museums, Opera, shopping, and Vienna’s other iconic sights. Staff was accommodating and always available. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, great smelling lotions and shampoo.
Our refrigerator didn’t work and we had medication that needed refrigeration. The staff was super helpful storing it in the locked refrigerator for us and we were able to access it easily.

Konumu çok merkezi müzelere gezi noktaların çok yakın her yere yürüyerek gidiliyor. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. İlk gün klima ile ilgili bir sorunumu oldu ancak iletişime geçince hemen ilgilendiler ve çözüldü.
