Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, toller Service!
Pros:

Ein toller Ort um Kopenhagen von seiner schönsten Seite zu erleben. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und versucht dem Kunden alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Great hotel with character, comfort, and a superb location
Pros:

Newly build A fantastic stay overall. The hotel is newly built with a modern, cozy, and very warm design that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short and pleasant walk to Nyhavn, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. A nice bonus during our stay was that the minibar, including a few drinks, was included in the price.

A few small points to consider (but nothing that would stop me from giving it a high rating): rooms on the lower floors don’t really offer a view, so it may be worth upgrading if the hotel offers this for a small fee before arrival. There was no kettle and tee in the room. My work PC didn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, though I didn’t investigate the reason further, so this may be device-related. Public transport (bus 2A) is about a 5-minute walk away, but bus wasn’t very reliable during our stay.

Petit-déjeuner : chouette lieu. Accueil très sympa. Mention spéciale pour les expressos et l'omelette asiatique.
Les parties communes sont chaleureuses avec une décoration très scandinave. Travailler à côté de la cheminée est un vrai bonheur.

Cons:

Nouvelle tendance de ne pas faire les chambres. Compréhensible mais devrait avoir une incidence sur les tarifs.
Un petit moins sur le saumon fumé... ce qui est un comble au Danemark.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top-Lage direkt am Nyhavn. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Unser Extrawunsch nach zwei einzelnen Bettdecken wurde sofort erfüllt. Die Minibar ist kostenlos und wird täglich aufgefüllt. Trotz angegebenem Hafenblick ohne Aufpreis hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Oper.
Early Check-in hat perfekt funktioniert – wir konnten das Zimmer bereits um 10:00 Uhr beziehen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Restaurant Tiger Lily im Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Einziger Minuspunkt: Am Wochenende ist die Hotelbar im 8. Stock bis in den 4. Stock hörbar.
