Pros:

Great Location !
Beds are comfy !

Cons:

Bathrooms are too small ..... i think they forgot to design the bathroom correctly.
can't take shower comfortably... its so cramped up.

Staff takes ages to check in and check out !

Fantastische Lage, fantastischer Ausblick und sehr freundliches Hotel-Team.

Clean, modern accommodation in a lovely, safe area
Pros:

The location is brilliant. Laureles is a lovely neighbourhood and as a solo female traveller I felt safe at all times. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

The accommodation itself is clean and modern. There’s a rooftop restaurant (although I didn’t try it) and a cafe in the lobby that serves coffees and snacks.

Cons:

It is a long way from the main tourist areas so if you’re going tours etc you have to travel to them and it’s about 30+ mins in an Uber (there’s no public transport that near). It’s cheap enough, but a bit of a pain. That said this is the price you pay for staying in a calmer neighbourhood.

The rooms aren’t huge and there’s nowhere to put clothes. But they’re adequate.

Todo muy bien ubicado etc

Cons:

El desayuno deben mejorarlo , siempre era lo mismo todos los días , si es por tema de precio y es preferible cobren un poco más y mejoren el desayuno sería un hotel increíble , pero no les favorece mantener eso así

Pros:

The room was amazing and had a fabulous view. Really great value for money.

Cons:

A few minor points, but were we couldn't get water to our room after 9pm as the staff didn't have access to the housekeeping store cupboard so we had to run out to a shop at night so we had some drinking water in the room.

Breakfast was awful so I would recommend going off-site for this, but the room far outweighed the negatives :)
