Nuestra estancia en El Jardín fue, literalmente, una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra vida.
Desde el primer momento, la atención en el front desk fue simplemente maravillosa. La persona que nos recibió fue increíble: amable, paciente, atenta y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Yo no me sentía muy bien al inicio y aun así me asistió en todo, con una disposición hermosa que realmente marcó la diferencia.
La comida y el desayuno… deliciosos.
Cada detalle del lugar se siente mágico, lindo, acogedor. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, mágica e inolvidable.
Definitivamente lo recomiendo 100%.
Y a la persona que nos atendió: gracias. ¡Fuiste un 10/10!

Struttura completamente ristrutturata, luminosa e curata nei dettagli.
Bagno nuovo, comodo con doccia enorme.
Camere leggermente anguste e poco insonorizzate.
L’acqua calda purtroppo è veramente poca. Da rivedere l’opzione del boiler.
THE LOCATION WAS SUPER GOOD, REALLY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.
THAT ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ACCUSED MY PARENTS OF GRABBING THE REMOTE CONTROL FROM ANOTHER ROOM. ( WICH WAS OCUPIED) AND SHE WAS VERY PERSISTANCE WITH HER ACCUSATIONS.

Location was good and the hotel look beautiful.
On two occasions they tried to charge room tax. Very careful, foreigners don’t pay tax in hotels. The bathroom in the room was small. One of the rooms had a cockroach. The staff must improve.

Breakfast could be improved greatly and this site should communicate that it was mentioned to be included in the price to the hotel
We (three of us) spent 1 night in the “Family room with private bathroom” accomodation.
The location of the hotel is great, sits right behind the main squar and the Cathedral of Jardín.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They kindly stored our luggages for a few hours after check-out time.
Our room was spacious and clean, they provided extra blankets for the night.
The bathroom was well equipped, comfortable and clean although it was situated outside of our room.
Our bathroom was situated outside of the room, next to the reception area, althought it was never mentioned. There are a few room options in this hotel which mention that their private bathroom is an external one. In our case it did not happen like that. Be aware if you’re about to book the “Family room with private bathroom”.
Please, promote the rooms honestly!
The room opens directly to the lounge-reception area, which made it quite noisy when a group arrived at night.
Overall it was ok for only one night, but would be very annoying for a longer period.
It was quiet expensive for what we got.
