Nuestra estancia en El Jardín fue, literalmente, una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra vida.
Desde el primer momento, la atención en el front desk fue simplemente maravillosa. La persona que nos recibió fue increíble: amable, paciente, atenta y siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien. Yo no me sentía muy bien al inicio y aun así me asistió en todo, con una disposición hermosa que realmente marcó la diferencia.

La comida y el desayuno… deliciosos.
Cada detalle del lugar se siente mágico, lindo, acogedor. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, mágica e inolvidable.

Definitivamente lo recomiendo 100%.
Y a la persona que nos atendió: gracias. ¡Fuiste un 10/10!

Struttura completamente ristrutturata, luminosa e curata nei dettagli.
Bagno nuovo, comodo con doccia enorme.

Cons:

Camere leggermente anguste e poco insonorizzate.
L’acqua calda purtroppo è veramente poca. Da rivedere l’opzione del boiler.

THE LOCATION WAS SUPER GOOD, REALLY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.

Cons:

THAT ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS ACCUSED MY PARENTS OF GRABBING THE REMOTE CONTROL FROM ANOTHER ROOM. ( WICH WAS OCUPIED) AND SHE WAS VERY PERSISTANCE WITH HER ACCUSATIONS.

Pros:

Location was good and the hotel look beautiful.

Cons:

On two occasions they tried to charge room tax. Very careful, foreigners don’t pay tax in hotels. The bathroom in the room was small. One of the rooms had a cockroach. The staff must improve.
