Personal okay, mehr leider auch nicht
Pros:

Mitarbeiter sind nett. Dennoch werde ich nächstes Mal nach Alternativen suchen, da ich jede zweite Woche in Graz bin. War beim letzten Besuch auch nicht sauber, Haare im Badezimmer, wurde gemeldet aber bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.
