Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Kommunikation war reibungslos. Check In mit Code hat perfekt funktioniert. Sehr gute Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine tolle Bäckerei direkt nebenan.

Pros:

Helped us so much. We had bad issue with booking on another platform. Guys in the desk helped us so much and made us live in this amazing, beautiful place. Also when we were solving our problems Tamir (ceo) kindly provided free drinks for us. Thank you so much

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Cleanliness&location. Our room was cleaned on daily basis. Bed was comfi.
Easy to communicate with the hotel staff.

Cons:

The room was too small and dark . Not much space for two people. It's got an old window, no view. Good for a short stay.

Great location, great staff, very clean.

Cons:

The only thing i did not enjoy about my stay was the shower and water temperature. We were able to get one shower of hot water in our stay and had to call maintenance multiple times to see about the water temperature. They tried there best to fix it but it was not ideal. Luckily we were only there for two nights.

Pros:

The hotel is very sweetly designed, and although the room we stayed in was small, it was very comfortable with a spacious bed like a king-size :) The room was cleaned every day and bottled water and coffee were brought every day free of charge. The staff are very polite and friendly. The location is perfect, on the edge of the city centre with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby and within a 15-minute walk to the centre. We would definitely come back.

The cost-performance ratio was good.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the metro station. If the weather is nice, you can easily walk to the city center. There is also a supermarket and a good bakery nearby. The room was clean and comfy.
