Pros:

sobre todo los recepcionistas, te ayudaban con lo que necesitaras, te daban información de lo que podías visitar y sobre todo todo el rato estaban con una sonrisa, personas súper agradables y buenas

Céntrico, muy limpio y PERSONAL INMEJORABLE!!! muy buena atencion en todo momento.
Calidad precio acorde.

Cons:

La estancia fué buena, cierto es que necesita actualizar las instalaciones, no aconsejo para personas mayores ni con discapacidad, las camas lateralmente estan pegadas a la pared y las personas necesitan saltar x encima de la otra persona, solo funciona un enchufe al lado d la cama, no hay acceso para alguna minusvalia física, muchas escaleras.
Para personas jóvenes está bien.

Do atendimento dos funcionários em geral.Destacamos em especial o recepcionista Monis que foi sempre muito simpático. Fala português e deu nos informações muito úteis e importantes.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable. El recepcionista de la mañana era muy servicial y atento, y el de la noche nos ayudó con los taxis, nos dio a probar algunas cosas marroquíes y fue realmente encantador.

Las señoras de la limpieza dejaron todo impecable: estaba limpísimo, prácticamente impoluto. En general, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

La terraza es preciosa y tiene unas vistas increíbles.

Pros:

The location within the Medina that's why I chose it.

Cons:

Terrible stale smel in room. I'm used to hostels but this was not a pleasant odour of stale smoke and poor ventilation for such a historic location.
Sheets dealt looked as if they hadn't been washed.
Fortunately 2 iconic cafes were outside in the square.
