No 9 isn't a hotel,prob best described as a airb@b,no glasses in room for a drink of water no sugar for coffee,got some in hotel next door,good bed and shower,400 euro for 2 ngts,bit of a rip off

Nice place, shame about the street theatre.
Pros:

The rooms are clean, well laid out and the bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The location is great in that it is smack bang in the centre of the city. However, the road it is on is seemingly the main meeting point for every alcoholic and drug addict in Derry. Having a room overlooking the main street that you dont get much sleep over the noise of screaming, shouting and fighting.
