Good stay
Pros:

Loved the rooms.very spacious and great shower

Cons:

The sink in bathroom is not great and hard to shave. Tv kept wanting to update and wouldn't. The people in next room think was 16 very noisy and constantly in and out slamming doors hard to sleep with that.

A conveniently located unmanned rooms suitable for a short stay

Pros:

Very central place to stay. Easy to get to and totally seamless when you're checking in. Never used a contactless hotel before so was delighted to see the code worked each time without a hitch. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Heart of Derry
Pros:

Check in was online and smooth, we never met any hotel staff. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Derry. There are no keys, you only get a code.

Cons:

There is parking nearby, but you have to pay for it (in GBP or EUR coins).

Appalling. Will never stay here again.
Pros:

Very little to be honest.

Cons:

There was a violent row in the room next door in the middle of the night.
It ran for over 90 minutes and I was concerned that domestic violence was taking place. I was unable to contact a member of staff. I was unable to sleep and eventually left the room and went to the car to try and sleep.

Clean room with poor quality linens.
Pros:

The location was good. The check-in was easy.

Cons:

The room had no external window. The bathroom fixings were corroded. The sheets were rough.

Very comfortable and central location
Pros:

Even though they dont have a desk and was online check in only when I rang the owner she was kind enough to take my bag and leave it in my room. The room was quite cheap for being in the centre. It was only around the corner from bus station, bars, local shop and city centre. Room was basic but decor was really modern and they have tea and coffee station.

Cons:

There was alot of stairs and lift very slow, the code to unlock the door was very long would have been easier with a key card and would have liked a fridge in room if im being picky.
