Room was cold and shower was broken
It was clean and Morden
I couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise from the street felt like there was no window as you could hear everything. Also the building was laud being tiled with no mats etc to help reduce noise
It was clean and warm
The location was extremely noisy. My 10 year old was concerned about safety.

Nothing to report here
Really nice place, better than other hotels in the area. Our room was clean and warm, powerful shower, comfortable bed, quick check in. close everywhere. we will book again
I liked nothing about this stay this is not an Hotel as was advertised but only private bedrooms with an ensuite in a building.
When I booked this I was under the impression it was an Hotel! When I arrived late at night and was unable to find it neighbouring Hotels didn't know it either and directed me to a recently opened new hotel in this vicinity as they thought it must have been it.
Trying to get in was a total nightmare as no one answered buzzer at door, I constantly rang the mobile nos that was up on door and still not able to get in contact with anyone only voicemails of a foreign lady and a man in English saying unable to take call.
This property is code access only which I was only aware of when arriving as I didn't have access to email and thinking it was an Hotel and would have a check in desk. When eventually a girl answered she told me she had no calls from myself even though she was contacting me on nos I had been ringing of door notice, when door was opened by a man he was on phone never welcomed me and wasnt friendly and helpful at at all (obviously from what I could see she was on phone to him while speaking to myself). She went on to tell me of room nos and when heading upstairs was then told that booking .com had changed my room nos for some reason and I was taken to another room which he opened himself?
This man who was supposed to be onsite security I assume then left. The room was clean but very cold and radiator only heated small one side of it. All during the night I could hear people in and out which being around Christmas I understand with parties and this didnt bother me but what did was in the morning when I was leaving at around 5.30am - 6.00am the front door to this building was left lying wide open. There was no one standing outside smoking and no security person to be seen either.
