Not bad..

Cons:

First they gave the wrong password, then they gave many more passwords, which didn't work, then after a long wait, their people came, who knows what they did, anyway there was no tea or coffee, the elevator and the time of my grandfather.

Good value, well appointed apartment, clean & comfortable.
Pros:

Great location - 10min walk up through Uni district or easy bus trip from Central stn. Nice apartment, modern & clean.

Cons:

Lots of spiral stairs up to 3rd floor apartment but luggage via small goods elevator/lift so manageable.

9/10 if you like cooking during the trip
Pros:

Two bus stations near the property, 10 minutes ride to the city center (5 mins will be perfect). Full set kitchenware, no problem to make any dishes. It would be better to provide additional scrub and paper towels. The neighborhood is quite in the evening and night.

Cons:

The entrance stairs to the parking lot is slippy. Maybe some food donation options can be considered for dry food such as rice and noodle.

Retour sur notre expérience
Je pensais avoir fait le bon choix…
Tout d’abord, nous n’avions pas le code de la porte. Nous sommes restés près d’une heure devant l’entrée en attendant de pouvoir accéder à l’appartement. (Bon, cela peut arriver.)
Ensuite, une forte odeur d’urine, type ammoniaque, était présente dans l’appartement. À chaque retour, nous étions contraints d’ouvrir les fenêtres pendant dix minutes tellement l’odeur était prenante. Il semble que cela provienne des évacuations de la douche, probablement liées aux toilettes, ce qui ferait remonter ces odeurs désagréables.
Troisièmement — et là, ça ne passe pas du tout : sur une semaine, nous n’avons pu dormir correctement que 4 nuits sur 7 à cause de fêtes répétées chez les voisins. Malgré nos alertes au propriétaire, aucune solution n’a été apportée. Réponse : ni la police ni l’agent de sécurité n’étaient disponibles.
Enfin, l’appartement n’était pas propre : taches sur le tapis, tache de sang sur le rideau… Photos à l’appui.
Franchement, payer pour ça, c’est honteux.

Parksituation für Auto. Habe für festen Parkplatz bezaht und musste 2mal öffentlicher Parkplatz suchen,weil alle von Unterkunft belegt.

A pretty place near Göteborg University and Chalmers University
Pros:

I stayed in one of the studios and it was really great. The room was nicely decorated with a bed, seating area by the TV, and a table for eating meals. The kitchen had everything necessary for some basic cooking. I also thought that the large wrap-around window in the kitchen was just a nice design feature -- something that also made the space seem larger. Check-in was easy -- a code was emailed to me. And the property was maybe a 10-minute walk from the city center.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work very well.
