Barely passible option in Asyiut
Pros:

Staff were very nice.

Cons:

It is one if the better options, but it’s close to the train station and the train whistle all night. The beds are ok, bur the rooms are not really that clean and all old.

Excellent service by the hotel manager! Excellent location and service!
Pros:

At first there was some confusion about my booking during my check in, however the hotel manager was very professional and was able to solve the issue quickly. The owner of the hotel also, later apologized the for the confusion and the hotel covered my dinner to compensate the incidence. overall , the management team is excellent along with the staff of the hotel who welcomed me with fresh Juice and later helped me to go to the train station. I suggested for guests to insist to talk to the manager if problem arises during check-in before trying to solve anything with front desk staff, the manager is very professional and keen to the satisfaction of the guest. Overall the hotel provided excellent service and the location in at the center 3 minutes drive from the train station.

Pros:

Großes Zimmer. Sehr bemühtes Personal. Gutes Wifi. Zentrale Lage am Bahnhof. Zum Nil etwa. ein Kilometer, ebenerdig. Alles sehr fut fußläufig erreichbar, auch Go Bus Ticketschalter

Cons:

Sehr unterschiedliche Englischsprachkenntnisse des Personals. Ist aber sehr bemüht !!
Winziger Balon ohne Sitzmöglichkeit und sehr laut: Bahnhof und Baustelle neben Hotel. Kein Bier.

Cons:

My whole experience was truly disappointing apart from the Reception Morning Shift Supervisor. He tried his best to accommodate my dissatisfaction and did a room upgrade.

Bad smell upon hotel entry .. it looks clean, but smells bad

Elevator bad smell

The room is tiny, outdated , things are broken inside the toilet

Way overpriced in comparison to quality and room facilities

I wanted to cancel my stay from the first night, but they said it's non refundable, etc

I said ok I'll stay 2 and cancel third customer service said, enjoy your stay we can't do anything about it

I was promised a parking and said parking available until the day I left I had no parking and the car was left on the street in a very busy area and no guarantee that no one will close on you the next day etc

My whole travel and stay experience was stressful and it made my business trip more stress than it already was.

There was no compensation for anything except that room upgrade that I consider it to be a passable quality with flying flies and tiny insects

Amazing service!
Pros:

The service from Girgis and the whole team was absolutely outstanding, from room service to help buying bus tickets – they truly made my trip all the better! The hotel is great value, too. Fully recommend. Thank you again for your hospitality!

The reception was astonishing and friendly (Girgis) and has always smiley face and greetings.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional and varied in all types of nutrients. Their response to my concerns was great and on timely manner, and all my requests were answered promptly. The receptionist was professional and friendly.
