Man betalar överdrivet mycket bara för att övernatta där o sova. Badet inte ingår med det priset man betalar.
Dricker som fanns i kylskåpet var inte ingår med besöket heller, med det priset man betalade.

Pros:

Breakfast was abundant and fresh. The variety of smoothies and fruit was excellent. The arrangement of the buffet looked amazing.
We appreciated the cosy atmosphere of the lobby.
The staff welcoming.

Cons:

The roomservice kept the pillows and duvets on the floor while making the beds. It was difficult to communicate with the room service.
Spa was not included, which at the high costs of the rooms should be the case.
It was partly cold in the room despite the heating.

Pros:

Very modern, great amenities, smart tv, very nice staff! The hotel is very modern. This is located in the new part of the town, but the old town is in the process of being relocated. I highly recommend it!

Beautifully decorated cosy hotel!
Pros:

Lovely new hotel in the "new" town centre area of Kiruna. I loved the interior design, which reflected a cosy, contemporary Scandivanian vibe. Our junior suite was really comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was also conveniently located near the tourist information office, which was a pick-up point for several activities. The free shuttle bus to the train station is located nearby and comes in handy if you arrive by train.

Cons:

Could not fault anything. We loved our stay.

Pros:

A new hotel, very modern and fancy looking in the (new) center of Kiruna. The best thing was that the room was perfectly quiet at night. The wifi was good and there was tea/cofee/minibar in the room. A very nice breakfast - but Swedish standard is very high in this respect. The young lady at the reception on the day of my arrival was very professional.

Cons:

Unfortunately, multiple things were mildly annoying during my stay
- no desk. Just a tiny round table large, barely enough to fit a laptop. A desk should be a default in any hotel room, some people need to do some work
- it was nearly impossible to control the room temperature. My room was hot (24 degrees) and even if I set the control to decrease the temperature, there was little to no effect. Strange, considering it was -20 outside (you cannot open the window)
- the minibar was not refilled ruing my stay (3 days) and neither were the teabags. This could be a good thing, if I did not run out of red wine, i probably would not have tried the white Rioja :)
