Muy confortable y agradable
Pros:

Un lugar super comodo, buena Atención, personal muy amable y atentos. El desayuno es rico y puntual. Muy contenta por mi estadía.
Gracias.

Cons:

Me gustó todo en general. Lo único es que podrían mejorar los televisores para que en todos tenga señal y las app como Netflix por ejemplo.
Y tal ves tener a la venta bebidas y piqueos.

Beds were comfy and hot showers

Cons:

1) the wifi doesn't work in the rooms. I had loads of stuff that I needed to book and ended up having to sit in reception late at night. But even simple things - I was getting picked up at around 3am for a tour and the WhatsApp doesn't work to let you know the schedule
2) the doorbell !!!!!!!! Small annoyance that you have to ring each time to be let in and out but it rings loudly 3 times and so is going through the night.... I was on the first floor and could clearly hear it and it was driving me mad - I had to be up at 3am, and 5am another day so it wasn't great

Una decepción el hotel, administradora poco profesional, no tiene trato con los clientes
Pros:

Totalmente decepcionada, el desayuno insalubre, la manipulación de alimentos sin aseo previo, la administradora muy intransigente, le comenté que no había personal de limpieza el domingo que estuve ahí y me dijo que domingos no trabajan, eso resume muchas cosas en este hotel.

Cons:

Las toallas viejas, no había agua caliente, solo el joven de la puerta nos ayudó bastante pero la administradora nada profesional y encima por no darte todo completo o lo que ofrecen te cobran muy sobre elevado

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Als wir nach einer langen Anreise abends ankamen, wurde uns ein sehr altes, muffiges Zimmer ohne Fenster gegeben, was wir nicht gebucht hatten.
Erst nach längerer Diskussionen und Telefonaten des Personals mit dem Hotelbesitzer, wurde eingelenkt und wir sollten ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Man verlangte dafür einen Aufpreis. Wir haben uns geweigert diesen Aufpreis zu zahlen. Das Personal hatte dann Einsicht. Das größere Zimmer musste noch gereinigt werden und wir mussten noch etwa 1 Stunde warten.

Bonito, cómodo y muy buen ubicado
Pros:

Limpio, cómodo, bonito y muy buena ubicación en el casco histórico. El personal muy amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudar.

Cons:

El timbre se escucha demasiado por las noches en las plantas de abajo. Sería perfecto si instalan otro tipo de timbre que indicara al personal que hay clientes fuera que no fuese sonoro
