Pros:

Great location. Very convenient to Broadway. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My only complaint was that there wasn’t a full length mirror in the room.

Awesome location & friendly staff
Pros:

Location is unbeatable, close enough to walk to Broadway but far enough to not hear all the hustle & bustle of it. The staff was so friendly. Room was good & the bed was so comfortable. Huge walk in shower. I'm so glad I found this place to stay!

Cons:

Ice machines only on 2 of the floors, not a huge deal but worth noting.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff was very nice. It was close to everything, but far enough from the night life. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The bathroom shower water pressure. It was very difficult to get it to a decent temperature and not lose pressure.

Clean rooms with good quality toiletries
Coffee machine in room
Nice staff

Cons:

WiFi a bit convoluted to get and not informed about this at check in

No phone in room to call reception

Also was not aware rooms not cleaned daily
But this really was not a problem for me as I was out most days and stayed only three nights

It was a great location for downtown and it was quiet. No frills.
Cons:

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Sounded like plastic crunchy mattress cover under me maybe, which may not be bad given that it’s a hotel, but it was a bit annoying.

Best location for the price!
Pros:

Amazing location right next to Printers Alley (my favorite place in Nashville!) at a very good price. Room was big and clean and very nice. Highly recommend

Cons:

Later checkout would be great but 10 am was doable. Will still return!
