Probably the best hotel in terms of pricing, location and staff.
Pros:

Top of the line hotel, great amenities, excellent breakfast, super clean and location is absolutely perfect. Also the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

3 day break in Laos
Pros:

Although the official checkin time is 1500, we arrived after a long overnight travel, tired and dusty, at 1100am.
We requested an early checkin, however our room wasnt ready, but the reception allowed us an early checkin to an higher grade ( slightly more costly) at 1100am, which waa much appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Staff and amenities were excellent and helpful.

Impress and nice to stay at the hotel
Pros:

Perfect and Variety food. I have the welcoming from the staff. Restaurant is very nice.

Cons:

First of all, I came to the hotel. I feel a little bit bad from the receptionist who ignore me. No say anything to make me feel better while I am in front of the counter alone. But it doesn't matter. Just only Bell Boy who greeting and informed me to waiting a few minutes. He served us for the welcome drink and cookie. But I would say thank you the receptionist to offer the early checking in instead of 3 pm.

Zimmer Etage 8. sollte aufgrund der Geräuschbelastung der Filteranlage nicht mehr angeboten werde !!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Der Pool auf dem Dach sehr gut, sehr gepflegtes Ambiente. Sehr gepflegte Zimmer, sehr geräumige Zimmer,

Cons:

Das Zimmer in Etage 8 Zimmer war zu laut, es war die ganze Zeit Tag und Nacht das Filtergeräusch des DachPools zu hören. Ich habe Kopfschmerzen davon bekommen, die erste Nacht war unangenehm ich konnte nicht schlafen aufgrund der Geräusche, die Brummgeräusche sind unerträglich als wenn ein Jet neben dem Zimmer stehen würde. Ein Zimmer Wechsel war möglich, die Dame am Empfang wollte mich bis 15 Uhr in diesem Geräusch belasteten Zimmer belassen. Das war äußert unfreundlich, da ich bereits massive Kopfschmerzen durch die massive Geräuschbelastung des Zimmers hatte. Erst auf Nachdruck und mit Hilfe einer Übersetzerin war es möglich einen sofortigen Wechsel Zimmers in einen ruhigeren Teil des Hotels vorzunehmen. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und es war erholsam.

צוות מעולה!!!! מלון סביר מאוד
Pros:

מלון במיקום טוב, מספר דקות הליכה למדונה, לשוק הלילה.
החדר בסדר, אבל אין שטחים ציבוריים מרשימים ( בריכה קטנטונת על הגג) לובי סביר לא מפואר כמלון חמישה כוכבים אין ספא ( יש ברחוב או בבתי מלון אחרים) .
הצוות מעולה ממש!!! לדוגמא מנהלת הקבלה Maimani Bounluetai דאגה לנו לנהג תוקתוק ליום רשמה בעצה אחת איתנו נקודות שנרצה לבקר סייעה במחיר ואף צילמה את המספר שלו לוודא שלא יאונה לנו רע- מעל ומעבר למצופה!
ארוחת בוקר סבירה ( במונחים מערביים) אין מבחר סלטים טריים או גבינות …..

זרם חלש במקלחת, הקפה לא חם מספיק
