Pros:

I liked the location- very central to where I needed to be. Liked that it was close to Trader Joe’s.i enjoyed the workout room (could use a foam roller to add in the mix, especially appreciated for us travelers). The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of fruit, but liked the egg and potatoes with oatmeal and bread variety.

Cons:

Took a long time to check in because staff was in the back and there wasn’t a bell or anything to notify them we were waiting.

Great staff, loved our large room
Pros:

Really nice rooms for families. Super clean property really nice outside area. Never like to pay for parking but $12 seems reasonable.
Easy check-in very nice staff .
Also loved that there was a Trader Joe’s and a really good Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot !

Bed was a bit firm for me

Nothing this a terrible place of business Eric the manager on duty the black white man who has long messy hair very unprofessional looking instead of being helpful he was rude with a smirk across his face. I understand not taking a form of payment but that should be communicated not the night of arrival denying to fulfill the already booked room that had accepted the payment in the first place. That is very inconsiderate of your business wasting a persons time. He’s the manager according to him so why wasn’t he able to tell me then and there what was going on. But instead he was his TRAINEE take my form of payment and ID just to tell me no I can’t fulfill your request. Again very poor communication. They should not have asked for my card or ID and held on to it if there was no need too. They didn’t give me back my ID and now I have re order a new. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional way to handle this situation.
