Great stay and organised transport for our onward journey at very short notice with an excellent guide and driver

Pros:

Very friendly staff made us so comfortable. The food was the best that we had in Sri Lanka. Reggie is a professional cook who does wonders in the kitchen .

quiet base for exploring Kandy
Pros:

modern clean building, everything worked well.
staff were helpful and remained out of site. English was not so good. helped to arrange a good city tour.
breakfast was good. Evening meals were first class.
location is a quiet part away from town. good night's sleep.
views across the river and the dam.

Cons:

No outdoor space, other than drive and balconies.
staff training and english could be improved.

Wonderful staff!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and dinner! Nice room, incredibly efficient staff, all the requests were satisfied within 1 minute.

Cons:

Maybe the price is a little bit too high compared to other locations in Sri Lanka. I ha Internet problems but the staff was super kind and helped me a lot with it.
