overall, it was a pleasant stay, nice, friendly staff, great location. But the was no "view".
Pros:

excellent location, close to everything, within walking distance; very good breakfast

Cons:

booked the room with Acropolis view (and paid extra for it)- there was no view; you barely can see a tiny part of Acropolis from a shared balcony

Η διαμονή μου στο Anasa Hotel Athens ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Από την πρώτη στιγμή, το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, επαγγελματικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο.

Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι καλαίσθητοι, προσεγμένοι μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και αποπνέουν μια αίσθηση πολυτέλειας και χαλάρωσης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, προσφέροντας μια εμπειρία υψηλού επιπέδου.

La tranquillità nonostante la posizione centrale. La vicinanza, appunto ad alcune delle attrattive della città e la vicinanza a uno dei posti più trend per la vita notturna con locali giovani e ottimi ristoranti.

Cons:

Unico neo una persona molto maleducata che saliva e scendeva le scale con delle calzature molto rumorose. Posso dire con precisione chirurgica gli orari di ingresso e uscita dall'hotel.

Como estar en casa.
Pros:

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, aunque lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del Staff del Hotel, de Chrysoula, Anastasia y del resto de los trabajadores del equipo. Hemos hecho muchos viajes, pero la simpatía del equipo del Anasa Hotel Athens ha conseguido hacernos sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias, volveremos.

It’s a okay hotel, but the price doesn’t match what you get. I paid double up for this compared to other places I found
Pros:

Location is very centrale. The furniture and general style of the hotel is very up to date and nice.

Cons:

The rooms were very cold, especially the floor. A transportable heater was placed in the room when we came to the room which indicates that it’s a common problem for the hotel. The breakfast was very simple - toast and eggs. And the lobby where the breakfast was served was also freezing cold. The owner of the hotel told us that we were the only guest who felt it was cold - but everyone was wearing jackets during the breakfast in the lobby.

Very welcoming and convenient.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, despite our last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. They even welcomed us with wine and snacks. Breakfast was good at 12€
