Great value, good location and the best shower!
Pros:

Lovey little hotel in a good location. Best shower from our whole trip. The staff were very helpful and so friendly, we even got our morning coffees personalized!

Purtroppo piccole cose andrebbero riviste :
Televisione in camera che non funzionava
La sera chiudono il cancello e la reception resta scoperta, avrebbero potuto almeno informarci
La colazione molto scarna semplicemente frutta è un po’ di pane, su richiesta abbiamo avuto unomelette per la bambina

Fairly new modern hotel, a cut above the rest
Pros:

Newish hotel so clean & modern
Location in the centre
Food was superb and good quality
Attentive staff

Cons:

Other hotel guests doors banging
Hotel needs to address this by fitting stoppers to the doors
Remembering to put room water heater for use a couple hours before

Pros:

The hotel ia new and well designed, in the city center, the staff in the restaurant were so nice and breakfast was great

Cons:

The hotel is very noisy because it is in the heart of the city center. Also our room was on the hotel restaurant and there was noise from the restaurant. In the night we stayed they had holiday parade and there was so much noise, no one from the reception told us about ir.

Very attentive and helpful staff, good overall comfort, well equipped and clean rooms.

Cons:

The restaurant a'la carte menu foods were quite bad (and overpriced), breakfast was mostly okay, but nothing jaw dropping. Walls were a little thin/noise insulation wasn't the best.
