Good hotel in Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

The hotel is in a good shape. The room was big, clean and the staff was friendly. We got a delicious hot chocolate as welcome drink. The bathroom is big and very clean.

Cons:

The location is central but not really touristic. There is not much to do around here.
The hotel is not soundproof, we could here people of other rooms quite good. Luckly they went to bed around the same time as we did.

沖涼去水位好差，一個沖完涼後整個廁所地下都是水，我們住是兩房兩廁，浴室的水從另一邊的廁所也湧上來，要用毛巾鋪住地下

利便性の高い充実したホテル！
Pros:

近くに飲食店も多くてとても便利。部屋はとても清潔。ヌワラエリヤの夜は寒いので部屋に小さいヒーターがあって良かった。ウェルカムドリンクのホットチョコレート、部屋においてあるチョコレートが美味しかった。シャワーの温度、水圧も問題なし。とてもセンスの良いホテル。

Overall a beautiful, friendly, superb quality hotel.
Pros:

This little hotel is beautiful, from the hot chocolate at checkin, to the beautiful breakfast and the rooms are spotlessly clean and cosy. Our waiter at breakfast was lovely and so attentive. The hotel is right in the center of town.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is there is no A/C probably because it is a bit cooler up there. I found it a bit stuffy at night and would have liked A/C.

Staff @ food sensational just avoid room 301 & 302.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful & food was exceptional.

Cons:

The room we were given an upgrade which we were grateful for but the room entrance was directly off the dining room. So please avoid room 301 & 302. We had noise early in the morning from dining room & people late at night.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely stay, great locations and very comfortable room, had a great nite sleep here. Has a car park private for your car and breakfast is good.
