Pros:

Très bien , un buffet tout a fait correct et le personnel très gentil

Cons:

Les alcools sont clairement limité en choix. Aucun champagne digne de ce nom sur la carte idem pour le whisky et le rhum n'en parlons même pas . Pour un hôtel de ce standing le choix doit être possible surtout si a Noël on veut se faire plaisir.

So the first day somebody came into the room 9 o’clock without knocking or anything just to ask if one or two people were staying there but we gave two passports at check-in so they know that two people were staying there on the first place and he just came in the room luckily the lock was on, and he didn’t even look like he knew what he was doing and towels were really LINTY. Every time I would take a shower I would have to take b all my clothes lint off.They only gave two towels the mini bar only had water no drinks no nothing like that. We would have to call for housekeeping and they came one time at 7:30 PM. every time I would call it would take an hour or two hours just to get somebody to the room and they were very rude like they were doing me a favor, but this was just general request. The room service also took an hour and a half, and the food was very, very nasty. Location is not prime either and this construction going on all over the place seven 8 AM in the morning you hear banging knocking everywhere inside outside we have to walk a couple of blocks just to grab a taxi, but that’s understandable but the inside construction was crazy the pool everybody could watch you so if you want something private do not stay here now I would not recommend staying here anyway. Also, please avoid doing laundry. They charge us $80 to laundry underwear and undershirts which was around seven dollars if we would’ve got it done down the block.

Warm smiling people in a sunny oasis of calm run on high professional standards
Pros:

From the first welcoming smile to the last farewell wave this was the perfect holiday stay. The double roomed suite was large and airy with excellent quiet air con. The staff throughout the property were engaging and polite. Our room was maintained daily to a high level and bottled water replenished. Breakfast was varied and cooked to a high standard with plenty of waiting staff to assist if needed.
The central pools are heated and if you look carefully you will find various smaller pools dotted on the outer rim of the hotel for a bit more privacy.
Getting to the marina was either a short walk away or the local tuk tuk drivers ply for trade on the main road 50 Egyptian pounds for up to 3 people gets you to either marina or Downtown in minutes.

Cons:
