La comida que venden en el restaurante es muy rica y completa la señora que atiende es muy atenta
La infraestructura está muy dejada ya falta que el dueño le invierta, la piscina le faltan baldosas
The breakfast and pool were great, and the staff was wonderful and super helpful. They even let us wait until 4:30pm to check out.
The only negative was that we lost water one day
Especially the staff! So kind and helpful. Also the pool!
the wifi was often weak
Nice clean room, very supportive staff. Good place to arrange excursions around
Staff was great
Great location
Great facilities
This is probably the best accommodation in the town. It was basic; even so, the price was cheap.
The room was large, and the bathroom was a decent size.
The receptionists were very friendly. It rains daily here and the streets get very muddy with large puddles. The receptionist offered to drive me to the panadería when it was raining. I walked, but I thought the offer was proof of going above and beyond for a guest.
The room A/C worked well, as did the Wi-Fi.
There was a mini-fridge and a small table and chairs.
Large sliding glass window opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool (that no one used) and some of the pool. Large window on the other side looking onto the outdoor hallway.
Another pool area is located in the lot next door and had a DJ and music until about 8pm, tables and chairs, and a pool slide. I did not swim here because I was out exploring until sundown each day, but the pool area was enjoyed by many families.
I can't comment on the breakfast because I left early every day and didn't eat there.
The hotel is a little far from the center of town (about a 20min walk) and the malecón (25min walk). Not as many restaurants around.
No hot water.
Rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors - no elevators.
The bed was the typical hard slab you find throughout Colombia.
The curtains did not close, allowing a 4 inch laser beam of bright sunlight to pass through, so I clipped them together with a hair clip. Problem solved.
Only Spanish is spoken here and I could not understand one of the receptionists at all. The other receptionist had to repeat everything she said (in clear Spanish).
It an be better,
Old paint on Windows, bad smell in rooms, no hot water. Is like 2 star hostel
