Pros:

The rooms are great and decently clean. They’re nicely designed. I stayed with my husband and two kids and it was enough space! They had a crib brought to me free of charge for my baby. Parking in front of the hotel is easy to find and also free. The breakfast was great and was out until 11am which was nice. Check in and out was super quick. A special recognition for NEBOJSA from the restaurant. What amazing service from him the entire time we were there! At dinner we ordered a bottle and he helped us carry it to our room later. He brought my son and I juice during breakfast without us having to ask. He was so sweet to both my kids. The list goes on but truly an amazing experience with him 10/10 service! Every staff member was very polite and welcoming and all made sure to say good morning and goodbye every time we passed through the restaurant and reception.

Cons:

No mention of spa resources but judging by comments I’m sure it maybe wasn’t open. The restaurant was beautiful but the food honestly wasn’t that good :( We got a bunch of different entrees and we didn’t like any of them. There are no free toiletries as listed on what’s included in the rooms. They did bring us something that was a 3in1 liquid for head to toe. Not a big deal at all but would be good to know in advance :)

The best accommodation, kind staff and excellent services
Pros:

We are very happy we booked this place. Brand new apartments, luxury furniture and design, high tech heating and security devices, extremely clean, private parking in the front of the building, the kitchen has everything you need, comfortable beds.
The view from the balcony, the quiet area, the spa access, make your holiday perfect. A beautiful women welcomed us with smiles and kindness. She took care that everything is alright, working hard the place to be spotless and the guests happy. Very grateful we meet her.
Looking further for a new booking and thank you for having us.
