La localisation, la proximité avec les restaurants et les différents sites touristiques.

Cons:

La qualité de la literie était médiocre, vraiment pas adapté à ce genre d'établissement, draps pas propre, des cheveux sur la literie à notre arrivée, la poussière dans la salle de bain et sur les chevets de lit. Ne vaut vraiment pas son prix.

موظف الاستقبال كان سئ للغايه وعديم اللياقه والذوق لكن باقي الموظفين كانوا لطفاء ..واي فاي سئ لايوجد اشاره .القطار غير متنوع وكذلك قنوات التلفزيون لا تعمل بشكل جيد

Super convenient location, wonderful staff
Pros:

Location in Zamalek is excellent, it is on the Giza side of Zamalek so easy to get to pyramids or GEM, but also very easy to access downtown and wider Cairo. Zamalek itself is a lovely area, nice shops and cafes etc.
Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They helped us ring various airlines and airport staff when our bag was lost.
Room was really spacious and nice balcony looking out over Cairo.
Bed was comfortable, and room was really quiet (amazing in Cairo!)

Cons:

Decor was a little dated, and a few bits of damage in the room (but didn’t affect overall comfort level).

Comfortable, great value stay in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but adequate. Hotel is perfectly situated directly by the Nile, in the favoured Zamalek district. Our 14th floor room was over 40sq m, plus a huge balcony about 14sq m, with a spectacular city view. Om Kolthoom is a quirky property, with a “faded grandeur” vibe.. all dark wood, mirrors, chandeliers, polished marble and deep pile but slightly threadbare carpeting! We loved it, and will surely go back.

Cons:

Just little issues..fridge didn’t work, nor the heating, bath/shower leak.
