فندق أمكلتون من أروع الفنادق التي أقمت بها، وأنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والنظافة والخدمة المميزة.
أشكر من قلبي طاقم الاستقبال، وخاصة الشابين أحمد وأحمد على حسن تعاملهم وبشاشتهم الدائمة، كما أتقدم بالشكر لعمال النظافة على اهتمامهم الكبير، ولرجال الأمن على حسن التنظيم والاستقبال.
فندق في قمة الروعة من حيث النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وموظفو الاستقبال يستقبلونك بابتسامة صادقة تعكس احترافية المكان.

Disappointing, good location, but spotty service
Pros:

Location was good. The island was easy (and safe) to walk.

Cons:

House keeping was spotty, sometimes towels most times not, ...
Breakfast was bad, very small selection and after 9 most of that was gone too.
Not only was the pool closed (they said so before the booking), but the terrace was closed too.

A wonderful stay at Om Kolthoom Hotel in Zamalek! The location is perfect, in one of Cairo’s best neighborhoods — safe, lively, and full of charm, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Mina, Muzen Mohamed, Mootaz Bedair, Ahmad, Mazen, Mohammed, Mohamed Hassan, and Mohamed Ramdan, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was generous, delicious, and offered a great variety every morning. We especially loved the spacious 30m² room on the 15th floor, with a beautiful view over Cairo. A lovely touch was the soft Om Kolthoom music playing throughout the hotel, creating a classic Egyptian atmosphere without being too loud. Highly recommended!
