ho alloggiato in questa struttura in gruppo di 8 persone,nella hall non ci sono i divani dove ci potevamo stare insieme,ci sono solo tavoli e sedie per chi vuole consumare un panino o un caffè in 4 stelle non deve mancare angolo soggiorno..ho prenotato tre camere dove ho chiesto le camere silenziose a me hanno assegnato la camera 1104 dove il rumore dei motori della piscina si sentivano quasi tutto il giorno il rumore si fermava verso le 23.30 fino alle ore 05.00 di mattina,ho dormito poco e male... materassi e cuscini comodi... ka biancheria del letto sembrava usata non ben stirata 😔.la biancheria del bagno compreso accappatoi troppo vecchi e un colore grigiastro che io personalmente non ho usato mai un asciugamano per asciugarmi,ho usato solo accappatoio... per prendere asciugamani per la Spa dovevamo passare a ricevimento dove per ogni asciugamano dovevamo depositare 10 ciascuno, molto fastidioso che io come cliente dovevo prendere e portare l'asciugamano a ricevimento perché non c'è un addetto alla Spa... bagno turco molto buono,la piscina calda,la sauna quasi inesistente hanno accesso solo una resistenza invece di tre.....ho fatto una prenotazione di gruppo e ci hanno diviso in due piani diversi una camera all undicesimo piano e l'altre nel ottavo piano non potevo scendere nelle camere dove alloggiavano le mie cugine con ascensore perché la scheda che apriva le camere era programmata solo per i spazi comuni e l'ascensore non si apriva al 8 piano anche se volevo scendere ho dovuto usare la scala questo sistema non è utile...il personale è molto gentile soprattutto le ragazze che parlavano italiano 🙂..

A wonderful experience we would definitely come back.
Pros:

We were very satisfied with the service. The room was clean and tidy. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were wonderful and very helpful. They also allowed us to use the spa center after check-out, which meant a lot to us since we had an evening flight. The location is excellent. We would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

There were some construction works next to the hotel, but this is not related to the hotel and did not affect our overall positive experience.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja dla osób chcących poimprezować a dodatkowo stosunkowo cicho

Cons:

Brak sejfu. Pokój z widokiem na ścianę, okienko malutkie, i zapach stęchlizny.. Śniadania dość urozmaicone ale niestety brak jedzenia bo obsługa przed 9 stwierdziła że już nie dokłada (śniadanie do 10.30). Odradzam pokój na 11 piętrze bo niestety mimo, że pokoje wyciszone to hałas idzie z kuchni (na 12 piętrze), gdzie o 6 rano zaczyna się segregowanie sztućców i talerzy, a do tego przesuwanie krzeseł. Niestety mimo udogodnień w postaci basenu, sauny czy tarasu widokowego drugi raz bym z tego hotelu nie skorzystała.
Doczytajcie, bo na dzień dobry depozyt w kwocie 200 euro płatny kartą (jest w opisie)
