Modern apartment in a great location with excellent staff; temporary construction nearby.
Pros:

The place was lovely and had everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious, and felt brand new. It included thoughtful extras such as toiletries, a small hygiene kit, an iron and ironing board, bathrobes, and a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils, and cookware, even a small bottle of olive oil, which was a very nice touch. The bedroom also had blackout blinds, which made sleeping very comfortable. The balcony with a table and chairs was great, and the location was excellent: a small convenience store right below the apartments, a five-minute walk to the beach, and plenty of lovely restaurants nearby.

The staff were wonderful; always easy to reach via WhatsApp, quick to reply, and very helpful with booking taxis, restaurants, and other arrangements. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Cons:

The only downside was a construction site next door, which caused some noise and dust during the last two days of the stay. This may be something to be aware of for guests who are sensitive to noise; however, it is temporary and will no longer be an issue once the building work is completed.

הכל היה פשוט מושלם באמת אין מילים לא היה דבר אחד לא טוב!!!!!!!!! הכי ממליצה שאפשר
הצוות אפילו ארגן לנו מוניות פרטיות ויום סיור לכל החופים הכי שווים באי הם היו באמת נדירים

Pros:

the 1 bed-room apartment was very big, with all the amenities you could think of (incl. a microwave, a big fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine). We were given a crib for our child and extra blankets and pillows. A relatively big supermarket is located next to the apartment and the staff is super friendly.

Pros:

Nagyon közel az óváros és a strand gyalog 10 percen belül. Nagyon kedves, segítőkést személyzet. Az apartmanhàz aljàban egy este 10kor zàró élelmiszerbolt, nagyon kedves eladókkal és nagy vàlsztékkal.
Az óvàrosból az éjszakai élet zaja nem hallatszik ide, de mivel nagyon közel van, az esték is élménydúsak.

Cons:

Folyamatos ,nagy kiterjedésű építkezés zajlik a közvetlen szomszédban. De a nyílászárók kizárjàk a zajt és az ablakokon el lehet húzni a redőnyt, hogy ne làssanak be a munkàsok. Csupán 3-4 icipici szűk parkolóhely az utcàn az egész appartmanhàznak és nincs biztos parkolási lehetőség. Ez okozott sok bosszúságot amikor kocsit béreltünk.

super lokalizacja na zwiedzanie i bliskość do plaży
Pros:

bardzo dobra lokalizacja- blisko do centrum i na plażę, sklep spożywczy w tym samym budynku, na plus duży metraż mieszkania, klimatyzacja i wygodne łóżko oraz możliwość zostawienia bagaży w recepcji

Cons:

szkoda że nie było żadnych przypraw- chociażby soli, na plus byłby też jakiś proszek do prania, czy kapsułki do zmywarki

Wasn’t any thing I did not like , however would be great if there were dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and pepper.

Pros:

The location is probably one of the most convenient in Chania. In 10 minutes, you can be on the beach with gentle sand or get to a beautiful old town with lots of restaurants and local shops. The harbour is also near the apartment.

I also enjoyed a modern design with everything you need for your daily routine ( iron, washing machine, toaster, hair dryer, etc).

Convenient for a short stay.
Pros:

Convenient location for Nea Chora beach and the old town. Supermarket in the same building. Convenient for the bus station.

Cons:

Once in the apartment, we were asked to go to another property (5 minutes away) to sign in, complete documentation, etc.. Having spent the morning waiting to access the apartment while carrying our luggage around, it would have been helpful to have been told about this step in the check-in process beforehand, and perhaps to have been invited to leave our bags in reception prior to check-in.
