Pros:

Frühstück war ok, Selbstbedienung hätte mir besser gefallen. Klimaanlage war recht laut, lies sich aber mit Hilfe des Personals gänzlich abstellen, Danke dafür nochmal.
Fussläufig gutes Brauhaus erreichbar.

Their night front desk staff is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever dealt with, and I work with customers. This person, “Mike”, should not be put in front of guests unless he attends and passes a thorough customer service course. A danger to the brand and reputation of the hotel.

Habitaciones muy completas, cómodas y prolijas
Pros:

Desayuno muy rico, a la carta y con atención muy buena por parte del mesero. Habitaciones muy prolijas, se ve que es un hotel muy nuevo y bien equipado. Camas muy cómodas, cocinas bien equipadas, todo impecable. Cuenta con estacionamiento por 15 USD, lo que nos fue útil para estacionar el auto rentado que debíamos entregar al otro en el aeropuerto.

Cons:

Sector de la piscina era pequeño y expuesto a la calle, no parecía piscina de hotel... no fue muy tentador ir. Ubicación era buena en cuanto a que está cerca del aeropuerto y nos servía, pero los alrededores del hotel no son lindos ni buenos para dar un paseo. Hotel funcional si necesitas dormir cerca del aeropuerto internacional de Miami...
