Heel vriendelijk personeel, heel flexibel qua ontbijturen. Grlte kamer met voldoende plek om alles te leggen. Tuin om in te zitten.
Douche en wifi hadden soms wat problemen.

The grounds are pleasant. The staff were very good and attentive. The rooms we ended up in (we had to rooms for the 3 of us but moved to the Family 2-bedroom).
The internet never worked…at all. We tried different networks but nothing. AND they do NOT take credit cards. “It’s broken. It’s at the bank” but no credit card terminal. Thankfully at least she took some off of my bill to compensate
The accomodation there was ok, everything as described and expected. The big win, was the personnel and the owner. They helped us , making calls, to help us find out lost luggages at the airport. Then after one of us was sick, the owner who was very kind and helpful offered to help us and really did a great job. Even after we left the accomodation a few days later, he helped us with another problem that we found during our trip, which is so important when you are in a foreign country. Highly recommended !
Nothing, everything was good
Green and lush garden gives some privacy. Very good breakfast with freshly squeezed juice, eggs of your choice, pancakes and fruits.
Good quality dinner also.

TV did not work- would have been nice as it rained and I wanted to be informed what is happening in the world.
A really nice place to stay with a nice garden and a calm area.

Refrigerator was warm almost whole time did not keep things cold. Which was not convent for family room which we wanted to keep things cold. No cooking utensils or dining plates for when you would need to cook in family room. Have to bring your own and only knew this because I stayed there before
Breakfast was very late first few days which put us behind for appointments, on two diffrent occasions. But we did see improvement after we mentioned to staff.
Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful, safe and comfy place
The lodge, which seems to be quite new and has a cute garden, is away from the hustle and bustle of Fort Portal (which also means that it can't be reached on foot). The room and bathroom were clean. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious.
The light in the room was a bit dark in the evening.
Excellent stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. We were so impressed with our stay here and defintley will be returning in the future.
Friendly & helpful staff, nice garden and good location
Poor breakfast, bathroom is dirty, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper on arrival.
They pushed us to have diner with them, but almost all drinks on the menu were out of stock.
The room was good and that was all.we stayed 7 nights as a base for Semliki.
The service was poor and the food also.
As a couple we had to share 1 towel for showering. The TV did not work and the promised DVDplayer was not there.
The manager did not speak to us. Nobody seems interested in clients here.
Staff had been very welcoming and attentive to meet our needs. The structure is very nice and clean. We loved the green around it and the room was also very nice. We surely reccommend and would come back.
