Unfavourable customer service
Pros:

We didnt get to stay so this review focuses on customer care. Only once before have we had to change a date at a hotel in Prague. We stay there every couple of weeks. I had booked non-refundable which was obviously my mistake. My husband gave me the wrong date so I needed to change to the following day. In the place where we usually stay, changing to the next day would not have been a problem. We werent asking for a refund and there were rooms available for the following day so this could have been a quick fix. The response from customer services was flat out "no". We had chosen this hotel for a change - to try somewhere different. They wont be getting our regular business now and I dont recommend them purely because I found their customer services attitude unhelpful. I find that its often the staff who make a place worth revisiting and its a shame that I dont feel that this hotel is customer focused.

Pros:

This place was beautiful. This apartment was huge for our family of four. It was super clean and modern. Having a washing machine and drying rack to use was a bonus. This place is within walking distance of the Charles Bridge and the old town. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros:

Es war schon okay außer das wir nur ein Klappbett für die 5 Person bekommen haben finde ich eine Frechheit und es war halt sehr laut bis um 6 in der früh wegen unseren Nachbarn. Aber sonst war alles super:)
