I think this is the best hotel in Koh Rong. The beach, the pools, the rooms, everything was up to our expectations. They clean the beach every morning, it is super clean and nice, one of the best beaches we have ever seen with white sand, crystal clean azure water, just a dream! They have 3 pools, each of them also immaculately clean. I especially loved their attention to details from pottery and cutlery with their branding, to towels, lamps, bathroom decor etc. I would also like to praise their restaurant and the service. Special thanks to Tony, who was so friendly and attentive and made every our dining feeling so special! We also liked the location of the hotel, which is in the small village at Soksan, which is super comfy and offers you some options in terms of shops (of course very limited, but enough if you need some emergency stuff) and cafes. We saw some of the hotels on the island which were quite remote and rendered a feeling of being locked within the territory of the hotel. Of course, Soksan is not the most buzzy place, but it offers a good balance of seclusion and being connected to the outer world. Reception service is also very friendly and super efficient, many thanks to you, girls! So all in all, I have only good reccomendations

Beliggenheden, hotellets udformning, det skønne værelse med udsigt til bjerget, det meget søde og hjælpsomme personale, maden på hotellet var af høj kvalitet, meget fin morgenmad , drikkevand kunne afhentes hele døgnet , fantastisk strand med dejlige solsenge, det azurblå hav og en hændelse vi havde tog receptionen alvorligt og forsøgte at løse det .

The beach is the best feature and they keep their section very clean. The Polish reception staff were friendly and efficient.
I have travelled extensively over SE Asia for many years and this has to be one of the most overpriced and low quality resorts I have ever stayed at. I thought the resort was awful. Squashed in rooms, it looked cheap and tacky (get rid of the gold and black!). Don't get a pool room if you want any quiet time - kids in the pool at all hours. The pool in front of our room went green for three days so nobody swam in it or resolved the situation. Nobody seemed to be actually managing the resort and maintaining any standards. Dishes all piled up where you had to order coffee. Cleaners didn't clean, just looked at their phones (we had the same toothpaste marks on our bathroom for a week). If you sell your resort as some kind of luxury paradise, then you have to deliver it. Start with making your cleaning crews look smarter. Get staff out offering drinks to people on the beach. Think about how breakfast is presented - who wants bacon that is sitting in a pool of fat? It really didn't meet expectation at all. Ultimately, it is a really undeveloped island so this is the best of a bad bunch. But, they just don't deliver for the price they charge.

The rooms were clean, spacious and the bathroom was very nice for Cambodia :) The bed was really comfy as well.
They clean the private beach regularly and there are always some free sun loungers for the guests. There are 3 nice pools as well.
The hotel provides different pleasant bonuses, like free sups and kayaks and an hour in a surf club. The bike rental was also really handy.
The cocktails we tried were outstanding.
The staff was really nice, especially Maya, who looks like an angel and who was there for us when we got sick.
Stunning view and beach was glorious. Staff lovely and food in the restaurant was delicious.
We extended our stay. It was truly amazing — an excellent, clean resort with a great atmosphere and delicious food 😊

Would have been useful to know in advance that you can get a boat direct to the hotel location rather than getting one to the other side of the island and then a tuk tuk to get there wasting an hour !
Perfekt hotell med nydelig beliggenhet. Leiligheten og hotellet var rent og personalet var hjelpsomme. Vi leide scooter og opplevde øya, anbefales. God mat i restauranten og fine basseng områder.
