El desayuno sin dudas fue lo mejor, la atención del personal que escuchó nuestras sugerencias e intentaron dar una solución, la cama cómoda y amplia, la zona pese a ser comercial y estar cerca a un mercado nos pareció segura, es un sitio para estar de paso y aprovechar las atracciones cerca, ya que queda muy cerca al barrio getsemani y a la torre del reloj
El baño demasiado pequeño e incómodo, nos tocó una habitación al lado del ascensor que era muy ruidoso no pudimos dormir ya que cada que lo usaban sonaba en el cuarto, el lavamanos queda por fuera del baño y salía del sifón olores a cañeria muy desagradables, le informamos al personal para colocar nuestra sugerencia se mostraron muy atentos a querer cambiar la habitación, pero solo nuestra estadía era de una noche, a cambio nos ofrecieron pagar nuestro viaje al aeropuerto fue un buen gesto esperamos puedan solucionar los inconvenientes en las habitaciones.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great, close to the main points of interest in Cartagena. The bed was huge and very comfortable.
The bathroom was small. The quality of towels.

Everything was very nice and comfortable, no major issues. Very close to the nice areas of the city too.
3 very minor issues:
1. The neighbourhood of the hotel is ok. Its like 2min away from the nice walled city and the nice areas of Getsemani, but the road its in is fine.
2. The elevator only goes from floors 1-5, and we were on 6, so required some stairs.
3. We requested a 2 bed room and were given a 1 bed room, but they quickly added a second bed so no issues.

La ubicación, no puedes descansar por el exceso de ruido que se escucha y además no había agua caliente para bañarse
Tive uma excelente experiência no hotel e recomendo fortemente a hospedagem.
A equipe de atendimento é simplesmente nota 10! Sempre cordial, atenciosa e disposta a ajudar. Faço um agradecimento especial ao Orlando, à Jyn e ao Sebastian, que tornaram a estadia ainda mais acolhedora com sua simpatia e profissionalismo.
O café da manhã é muito saboroso, variado e bem servido.
A localização também é um grande diferencial: excelente, próxima à cidade amuralhada e aos principais pontos turísticos, o que facilita muito a programação e permite aproveitar melhor o destino.
Certamente me hospedaria novamente!

The hotel is well located in the middle of Cartagena but far enough of the noisy environment.
Room was very clean.
The different lights, the bricks in the accommodation give a total charm to the place.
Bed was confortable and large enough.
I loved the part of the bathroom that is in the room (shower and toilets are completely isolated - naturally).
There are plenty of closets that allows you to park your stuffs. And thus, makes you feel at home.
The breakfast is very sufficient contrary to some comments we could read previously.
Staff speaks, on top of Spanish, English and some even French. They were great.

I have already expressed 2/3 feedbacks directly to the hotel team but it’s details to improve the customer experience. Nothing that could restrict from booking here.

L'hôtel est bien situé au cœur de Carthagène, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné du bruit.
La chambre était très propre.
Les différents éclairages et les briques apparentes confèrent un charme particulier au lieu.
Le lit était confortable et assez grand.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié la partie de la salle de bain attenante à la chambre (douche et toilettes complètement séparées, évidemment).
De nombreux placards permettent de ranger ses affaires et de se sentir comme chez soi.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, contrairement à certains commentaires que nous avions pu lire.
Le personnel parle espagnol, anglais et même français. Ils étaient formidables.
Le rapport qualité-prix semble plus que parfait.
J'ai déjà fait part de deux ou trois points à améliorer directement à l'équipe de l'hôtel, mais cela n'empêche pas de réserver à nouveau.

La iluminación diferente y los ladrillos del alojamiento le dan un encanto total.
La cama era cómoda y bastante grande.
Me encantó la parte del baño que está dentro de la habitación (la ducha y los inodoros están completamente aislados, por supuesto).
Hay muchos armarios que permiten guardar las cosas, lo que te hace sentir como en casa.
El desayuno es muy completo, a diferencia de algunos comentarios que leímos anteriormente.
El personal habla, además de español, inglés y algunos incluso francés. Fueron geniales.
La relación calidad-precio fue buena para nosotros.
Ya he enviado dos o tres comentarios directamente al equipo del hotel, pero son detalles que mejoran la experiencia del cliente. Nada que pueda impedir reservar aquí.
En consecuencia, puedo confirmar el buen servicio al cliente del establecimiento.
