Pros:

I liked the Bathroom was clean, modern and spacious.
I liked that my room was private and secure.
Carpets looked fairly new.
The room was adequate for the nightly rate.

Cons:

The kitchen was lacking in facilities.
The Floor boards were very creaky and noisy by anyone walking down corridors.
The bedroom did not have air-conditioning. I managed to open my heavy window and put fan on for airflow.
Mexican restaurant downstairs had their music on a bit too loud at times.

Ok if you are looking for something cheap.
Pros:

Close to the train station and supermarket

Cons:

Smell of a really old building and old people. No place to make food, only microwave and water jug refilled with tap water. There was no soap in the toilets nor paper towels or towel to dry your hands.

Have stayed before & happy to stay again.
Pros:

Affordable option for Fremantle offering secured parking, a common room area with fridge/tea & coffee available, very close to a couple of good dining options: Mexican/Clancy’s Fish Cafe music venue. Walking distance to various Freo attractions. Clean, shared bathrooms.
Feel is more like a fairly comfy Hostel with opportunities to meet/mix with other guests.

Cons:

Very squeaky floorboards in hallways might annoy some guests. But… it IS an old building.

Horrible motel room very dirty
Pros:

The look of the outside building

Cons:

I had single room, the sheets were stained, bed lamp shade was falling apart, tattered and stained . Window sills full of dust , glass on windows dirty and mouldy. Pillows stunk of head sweat, bedding old and tattered.
Drugged up guy, coughing spitting hacking up all night , I had hardly any sleep , woke up to drugged up guy in hallway off his face.
Hallway has carpet , floor boards lifted underneath carpets all lumpy so every time someone walks down the hall terrible creaking of boards like noise is extreme creaking.
No way worth $149 per night .
