Clean apartment.
Pros:

Apartment was clean and quiet. Train and tram station nearby. Easy check-in and check out

Cons:

Quite far away from Central Amsterdam. Bathroom has no lock and there are gaps between the glass door and door frame, so not much privacy. Sofa bed was terrible, very squeaky. So we took out the mattress and laid it on the floor for kids to sleep.

Wouldn’t come back
Pros:

Stayed for a week , not even once they came to clean , and wanted to charge 30 euros extra for that . Not even clean towels , what I find very disappointing. The elevator didn’t work the all stay , they said was a problem of the moment but after carefully reading reviews apparently is happening constantly. The only positive side , 5 minutes away walking distance . Not worth the price for the service provided.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto il letto e la cucina

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, le lenzuola sporche e il bagno dato che aveva dei buchi tra la porta e il muro e si poteva guardare da fuori

Personale inesistente, camera sporca, abbiamo trovato biancheria intima sporca dei precedenti clienti.

Very good facilities overall but some small details to improve on
Pros:

Very modern and very clean. Good location and views

Cons:

They offer a huge smart tv but they don’t allow you to use the smart part and open Netflix/yt which is weird

We stayed 6 days and the elevator was broken but sadly no discount or any comfort for the inconvenience
