Primera visita a Tacna
Pros:

El personal es muy amable e interesado en poder guiar nuestra visita a la ciudad, nos dieron indicaciones en un mapa y siempre nos recibían amablemente cada vez que llegamos. La ducha salía agua caliente y a buena presión. Nos cambiaron toallas las veces que lo necesitábamos y nos facilitaron una almohada extra también. Hay una zona de tecitos habilitada siempre para poder servirse, lo cual era muy rico llegada la noche.

Cons:

El desayuno es un poco básico, se agradecería si dieran alguna forma de calentar el pan para hacerlo un poco más ameno. Se podría extender un poco el horario del desayuno ya que tiene hora máxima 9:30 am, lo que produce que cercano a la hora de término bajen muchas personas y algunos se queden sin mesa ni asiento.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Que no había control en la entrega de llaves, es decir, llegaba de afuera, pedía la llave y no me consultaban nombre, ni datos. Solo la entregaban. Y debiesen mejorar la reposición de comida en el desayuno, van rellenando de a goteo la comida.
