Schönes Hotel, leider ungünstige Lage und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter

Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Poolbereich war groß und nicht überfüllt. Die Aussicht von dort konnte man sehr gut genießen.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren allesamt sehr unfreundlich. Unser Zimmer lag in der hintersten Ecke ganz oben - ohne Balkon und die Tür ging ziemlich schwer zu, man musste sie fast zuschmeißen. Nachdem wir an zwei Tagen hintereinander 3 mal sehr nett und lieb nachgefragt haben, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten mit Balkon und da unser Handtuchhalter kaputt war. Sie haben uns abgewimmelt mit der Antwort, dass es keine freien Zimmer gibt, dann meinten sie, dass sie erstmal den Manager fragen müssten und als Alternative sollte jemand kommen und den Handtuchhalter reparieren. Das passierte nicht und wir haben es aufgegeben. Es fehlte ebenfalls ein Mülleimer im Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße ohne Bürgersteig mit nur wenig kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Wenn man keinen erwischt, läuft man leider direkt auf der Straße, ohne Auto also sehr gefährlich die Umgebung zu erkunden. Budva ist circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
