Vision 3rd Sept 19 - Top Floor

Property exceeds my expectations,staff was great think her name was "maritza" at the front she was great and patient with me. I know I misspelled it. Apologies.
Room was modern, and the location had that European vibe I was looking for being from the U.S.. Rooftop Breakfast was kinda pricey for the area when compared around. But Spero pours a good beer when your on the rooftop pool. I can recommend.

Our taxi driver warned us about the area our hotel was in. Our hotel suite was on the top floor of a rundown building next door to a nice hotel property owned by Vision. That property had the roof top pool which was very nice but we were very upset with the conditions in the building we were in. Our unit was very spacious and modern but had no soundproofing between us and the neighbors. Our shower was very slippery, because of unrinsed soap residue and my husband fell. Management offered a free taxi ride for us. The view from our room was as shown in my pictures and nothing like the pictures advertised. Extremely confusing checkin process too. It should be done in person and not online.

Very clean rooms and nice facilities. Breakfast excellent !!!

Vores værelse (lejlighed) lå i en separat bygning fra hotellet. Den bygning var i en forfærdelig stand og det var slet ikke tydeligt at lejligheden/værelset lå i den bygning. Værelset var fint, dog var der meget larm fra vejen.
Morgenmad, pool mm var på hotellet.

Meget stilrent og flott hotel. Litt lite rom for å spise frokost.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Top Reinigungsservice jeden Tag. Der Aufgang und Lift ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

In the building with apartments was pretty loud and dirty due to constructions

terrible check in experience, no access code was provided ahead of time, was forced to install their app, number provided to contact was wrong, app doesn't work with front entrance, no toilet paper in the room, front desk didn't offer any help for early checkin, wifi is intermittence, was asked to connect wifi with QR code at front desk, while got disconnected in the room, there is no QR code in the room,

The checkin was more than complicated with the rooms not being in the actual hotel but next door. the promised pool was in the hotel so you would need to take all your clothes to visit the pool and follow up. Emails in this respect have not been answered by the hotel. otherwise the room was clean and nice, but not as promised in the pictures when choosing the room, ie no balcony with a view and no access to the pool. What a pity.

I recently stayed at Vision 3rd Sept 19 - Top Floor during my trip to Greece, and I feel compelled to share my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience. I had looked forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the complete opposite due to a serious issue: I encountered bedbugs in my room.

This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation, especially one that is marketed as comfortable and reputable. Dealing with bedbugs not only caused physical discomfort but also emotional stress and anxiety that has followed me beyond my stay. I left your hotel with bites and an ongoing concern about what I may have brought home in my belongings. This is not only a health concern but also a serious issue that reflects poorly on your hygiene standards.

I understand that no hotel is perfect, but something as serious as a bedbug infestation is a major red flag. It suggests a lack of proper cleaning, pest control, and guest care. This is not the experience any traveler expects or deserves.

I sincerely hope you take this issue seriously and investigate the conditions of your rooms thoroughly to prevent other guests from going through the same experience I did. While I understand these things can sometimes be unpredictable, proactive cleanliness and guest safety should always be a top priority.

Great place and easy to get to city centre

Staff support excellent as arrived very late, 03:00 and demonstrated and explained access to separate flat.

Our stay at Vision 3rd Sept was excellent! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a coffee machine for added convenience.

The location is great – close to all the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation.

The bathroom was stylishly designed, and they provided small bottles of shampoo and conditioner with a lovely scent.

Check-in was easy, and the whole experience was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Athens!

Very close to a quality cafe/ bakery for a great start to the day with coffee / breakfast / wifi and indoor or outdoor seating. Also close to subway to catch subway to attractions. The area is urban and high traffic, especially good if all adults or for business. Would not be as good for families / children. The apartment unit was very large not at all cramped with a nice sitting area enough to host guests or a business meeting. Loved the Nespresso maker in room with capsules and creamers. There was also Nescafé and tea. Unit could use a small microwave and daily trash removal. Even though there is a kitchen area there is only a bathroom sink. Since it is winter the rooftop view was not open for access. The staff was super friendly and helpful getting us quickly accommodated and off to great food and attractions.
