Το κατάλυμα γενικά ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό και θέλω να το τονίσω πολύ ζεστό το οποίο είναι απαραίτητο στη Βιέννη
Pros:

Ηταν μεγάλο, ευρύχωρο και πάρα πολύ ζεστό

Cons:

Η τοποθεσία είναι λίγο περίεργη αν και η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το βράδυ είναι κάπως περίεργα , επιπλέον το πάτωμα του μπάνιου ήταν λίγο βρώμικο.

Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet, aber das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, hat gerochen und wurde vorher nicht gereinigt.
Pros:

Zimmer mit Ausstattung war grundsätzlich gut und alles war vorhanden für einen kurzen aber auch längeren Aufenthalt; moderne Möbel.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde vorher nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt. Der Boden war klebrig und dreckig. Das Zimmer war staubig, Mülltonne voller Flecken, die Küche wurde auch nicht gewischt und war voller Flecken, sodass ich als Gast erstmal selber das Zimmer sauber machen musste. Zudem hat das Zimmer nach Bratfett gerochen. Wahrscheinlich wurde auch vorher nicht gelüftet. Leider sehr enttäuschend trotz der sonst guten Bewertungen, auf die ich mich verlassen hatte. Für die Preiskategorie habe ich etwas anderes erwartet.

unkomplizierte Übernachtung beim Business Trip
Pros:

Die Lage in einer (grundsätzlich vom Verkehr her) ruhigen Seitengasse der Wiedner Hauptstraße ist für mich optimal.
Ich hatte das Studio 502, das den Zugang direkt von der Straße aus hat. Tageslicht (und Frischluft) gibt es daher auch nur von dieser Seite durch ein Fenster und die Oberlichte über der Eingangstüre. Der Raum ist angenehm groß, mit eigener Küchenzeile und Essbereich (die ich bei dieser Übernachtung nicht genutzt habe). Besonders positiv habe ich das große und bequeme Bett und die große Duschkabine empfunden.
Leider wurde mir ein falscher Code für den Safe zum Bezug meines Zimmerschlüssels übermittelt. In einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Büro des Vermieters konnte das aber zum Glück rasch geklärt werden. Ist sehr unangenehm, wenn man vor der Tür steht und nicht hinein kann.

Cons:

Aktuell finden direkt anschließend im Nachbarhaus umfangreiche Bauarbeiten statt, die ab 7h früh eine eindrucksvolle Lärmkulisse und generell viel Staub in der Luft bieten (der Vermieter hat mich aber in einer Mail vor dem Check In darüber informiert).

Я була приємно вражена, як тільки зайшла)
Апартаменти просто чудові, дуже комфортні просторі, стильні, нічого зайвого, але при цьому все необхідне для мого комфорту було! Розташування дуже комфортне і вигідне, було не складно добратись, як пішки так і громадським транспортом.

Pros:

I am an avid traveler and this one of top 3 places I have ever stayed. I was in room 502 and it was amazing. Heated floors, large, great bed, everything you need, great location, access to bus, tram and metro

Cons:

The why I did give a 10 was because I had issues getting the keys so I needed to wait for someone, I was outside and in the cold. And lastly, the shower runs out of hot water after 5 mins or so
