Pros:

Everything was excellent!
- really friendly staff, they responded to our messages fast and accommodated all our requests
- the room was very clean and big
- cleaning staff was really friendly as well and did an amazing job
- location is also amazing, 3 minutes walk from Barrakka Lift and the old Parliament
It was by far beyond our expectations and we will return for sure as soon as possible!

Amazing stay
Pros:

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed staying here.
Pros:

Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and the property was great value for money.

Cons:

Only small issue was that the code for our room sometimes did not work. This happened twice but the staff were friendly and helpful both times.

Luxurious stay in historic area of Valleta
Pros:

Location was one street back from the Grand Harbour, in a beautiful and historic area of Valleta.Building has been very tastefully restored to high standard, modern lift to our 4th floor apartment.We had a traditional balcony in our room, with harbour view. There was a freestanding bath in the bedroom with plenty of hot water to fill it. The ensuite bathroom was immaculate and had a walk in shower. Tea and coffee making facilities, daily supply of drinking water and fridge in the room, plus complementary bottle of local wine ( tap water isn't drinkable in Malta).
We were greeted on arrival by the very friendly manager of the property. The entry system was straightforward.

Cons:

Directions to the property could have been clearer. We initially went to number 19 Battery Street, which looks directly onto the harbour, before realizing it was the stepped street behind that where Battery House stood.

Lovely old building in a fantastic location
Pros:

Lovely old traditional Maltese building that's been decorated beautifully. It's in a great location for the bus station and ferry port but also very close to shops and restaurants too - I can recommend Elephant Shoe for breakfast/brunch, it's around a 3-minute walk from Battery House. Bed is super comfy (it's lovely and quiet to sleep at night) and bathroom is lovely and spacious too. Also, loved the coffee machine in the room so that I could make myself a proper coffee every morning. Apartments are over 4/5 floors, but there is a lift, which was very welcome as Valletta is hilly!

Cons:

Not really a complaint but we did have to be careful about how long we spent in the shower - the first morning I had a nice long shower and then there was no hot water left for my boyfriend!

Easy to contact. Close to bus station and attractions. 10-15 minutes from busy nightlife which means it is quiet but also convenient
